Maxwell and Jack were on shift tonight and had all but closed for the evening, but they still made our full order fresh for us when they saw the text message. They did it with a smile and were very friendly, and all the food was piping hot and delicious as it was so fresh. They didn’t need to dirty the equipment to make us fresh food but they still did, which was appreciated. Great members of staff and great food.
I have just had the best service from an employee from Burger King Cardiff West MOTO ever. Better than any take away or restaurant I’ve ever had the privilege of service.

Awesome service as usual from Cameron the manager "camcorder" knows exactly what you want without looking its like hes recorded it, and also a mention for macy "macy grey" like the tune I said goodbye and I choked coz of the awesome service, very friendly with a big smile, they always handle the pressure even when cardiff are playing when they come in for a bite well done cardiff West burger king 👏

When I walked in it was a bit unclean the tables were now clean but other than that it wa alright
Very speedy service here today, which in my experience is unusual for a BK and I was very pleasantly surprised. Well done to the crew.
However a lack of soft drinks options while placing my order means a reduction to 4* instead of 5.
Waited a while for our order, but when ready, server explained hadn't put the fries in early enough. Compensated with free cheese bites and chicken fries. Honestly wasn't bothered about the wait, but nice of the staff to recognise a potential issue and take action.

Only two people on when we called. Hence service was a little slow and staff looked stressed. However what came out was delicious, but not cheap at nearly 20 for two meals.
