Just had meal was absolutely lovely the chicken balti was the best I've every had complements to the chef......highly recommend lovely pub � will definately be back xx
Went to the buck inn yesterday for a family meal and loved it!! Service was great, food is absolutely stunning. there was 10 of us there including the kids and we all had a gorgeous carvery and soft drinks and half of us had dessert and for £106 for everything is amazing value for money. I'd recommend the buck inn to everyone and will definitely be back asap. Thank you for a lovely meal and all smiles from all the family.
My partner and I went there for the first time this evening. The staff were friendly and courteous. The meal we had was exceptionally good and served quickly. We will return regularly as this is a gem of a place. Thank you
Our local pub, always have a good meal and to be fair... today the second sunday in a row, not booked, but still made room for us, eventhough very busy! Highly recommend!

The Buck is my favourite place is eat, the best carvery iv ever had and the price is great! Friendly staff, amazing food, great time :) only one down fall it’s always very warm in there, which I hate. Maybe invest in some air con in the restaurant. But absolutely love it here ❤️
Great choice of menu We had the two meals for £12.00 lunchtime offer and the portions were excellent Also a slice of cake for £1.00 when having a mains on Wednesday Great pub friendly staff and well worth a visit
The Sunday Carvery was amazing despite the place being full. A couple of us ordered from the menu too and that was lovely. A big thumbs up to the chocolate orange cake, yum!
We moved to the village 6 months ago and The Buck is now our local. Always a friendly welcome and nothing is too much trouble. We've had some lovely meals there and today's carvery was just what we needed. Always guaranteed a tasty meal and no washing up! Highly recommended xxxx
Beautiful food. Having Caribbean food was a treat. The goat curry was delicious tender and perfect heat for my tastebuds. The flavours we outstanding. I will be back and can't wait to try more. ��

Today on our arrival at the Buck, we found it to be megga megga busy... ambience was very good though.
On speaking to an elderly couple, whilst we waited for our reservation which we had previously booked, they explained that in over 20yrs of them calling at the Buck, every Sunday without fail, today was the busiest they could ever recall.
Food was absolutely delicious, staff, waitresses, chefs all very helpful indeed, bit pricey for the Sunday carvery, but don't let the price put you off, you pay for what you get, in all honesty it was all fresh, and no frozen veg, also the meat fell apart, 10 out of 10, great place, great food, great ambience and great service from all staff
Came here for a few drinks with some mates, decided to grab a burger and it was actually really good. Eat it to quickly to take a shot of it but it was spot on. Good portion size, plenty of meat, chips were nice! It was a nice suprise considering we only went there for a few drinks.
Considering it was last orders for meals the staff were really helpful and friendly. Lovely place!
Very nice lunch. Choice of Lunch menu at £7.50, full main menu or the Carvery at £10.50. Recommend.

First time there. Food was great. Only downside was it being Sunday it wasn't explained that they had a carvery and we only found out about it after we ordered our food. Which as I mentioned above was really good. Would love to return if we lived closer
The most delicious place to eat. Food was fantastic some of the best flavours I have tasted. Excellent sized portions great value for money too. There is a huge variety of choices on the menu and the children's menu is very reasonable with great portions. The outdoor seating area is gorgeous with a designated smoking area and separate outside seating with covers. A quirky venue with stunning old features inside from the age of the pub. I will definitely be visiting again.
Really cozy place. First time visiting and was so impressed. Staff were all attentive and fast, food portions were really good and ever so tasty. Will definitely come again to try their desserts
Visited for Sunday carvery, was quite when we visited at 4pm. The best carvery, tasty and fresh, very generous portions. It's not a help yourself carvery, someone dishes it up for you and gravy is brought to your table.
Will definitely be going again soon.
called on the off-chance, gorgeous meal, a huge choice of grills/fish/curries.....you name it!!! ate far too much! Staff wonderful, nothing was too much trouble.2 drinks, starters main and desserts £60 and everything delicious!
First time out with girls since lockdown decided on The Buck as we also wanted to go to a new bar near by. Service was absolutely outstanding, atmosphere fantastic food and drink good quality and cheap, Christina our waitress really looked after us. Left to spend the rest of evening at near by bar and service and vibe in the place was so poor we decided to go back to The Buck, so glad we did. What a lovely place. Thank you.
Great food, lovely atmosphere. Dog friendly which was great for us being on holiday and not able to leave the dog behind. Good prices. Lovely outside seating area too.
