I spoke to Jodie at the Pontefract store after the driver on the map was elsewhere. She was AMAZING and helpful. Even though there isn't a way for us or them to help getting hold of the driver she was however lovely and patient and incredibly friendly. Embarrassingly they arrived whilst on the phone
I worked in Pontefract for 11 months and went in daily for my Latte! Leaving this review for the staff as they are fab! Great customer service, they even got to know my order and have it ready for me! Perfect way to start the day! The ladies definitely deserve a well done 👏👏❤️
Good for a quick snack. Most sandwiches are gone by midday. Quick service. Heated ham and cheese toastie is tasty but lots of carbs
Got a lovely steak bake and watched the wonderful site in the alley of a large rugby player cheating on his wife
Disappointing, as at lunch time when we called, there was a very limited availability of sausage rolls, cheese and onion, steak, chicken, pasties and other bakes. Forced to have pizza slices with our hot drinks.
I enjoyed it very much but the only thing was that we had a hot chocolate and the assistant put vanilla flavouring in and had the cheek to charge me for it when we didn't ask for it.
I've eaten plenty of sandwiches from here, but nothing beats the hot steak bake for taste. You can eat in or take out, but there's not enough room to swing a feline if you actually want to eat here!
