Very tidy and professional cafe. Food is of good quality and tastes great. Portion size was adequate and moderately priced and affordable.

We went for lunch today and Jane looked after us upstairs. She was rushed off her feet, but so attentive and caring especially to our three year old daughter. Food was delicious, highly recommend the special - baked camembert, and not a bad price too! Our favourite café in Pontefract :)
We had a lovely afternoon tea for a baby shower gathering. We were seated upstairs in a lovely setting. The service was excellent. The food was delicious. Lots of choices. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, wish made the experience even more special.
My wife and I have just had the most amazing breakfast the staff are lovely really friendly great value for money not to mention the creamed pepper mushrooms are delicious
A warm welcome awaited us on Saturday evening followed by a wonderful meal with first class service all accompanied by an amazing acoustic singer - fantastic night
I absolutely loved the mushrooms on toast and the Camembert cheese special was delightful. We will definitely be going back.

First time we have visited cromwells but it won't be our last.We booked for afternoon tea and it was absolutely delicious we even chose our sandwiches as some of the group are picky eaters.The service we got was amazing the staff were so friendly even took a couple of group photos for us .We highly recommend this establishment and we will be visiting ourselves quite soon
Food and service were excellent. Had followed a recommendation to visit Cromwell's and was very happy that we did, as we could not fault anything.
