Fantastic staff on the day. Helped me and my partner bring our baby up the stairs in her pram. The chicken and food was lovely and warm too.
The order screens don't seem to work though. They may as well be ornamental. But besides that, it's brilliant.

Better than last visit first time been since refit floor still very slippery
Me and my stepdad went around 20:30 on the 8th may 23 and the cashier was so good with us. Casual and funny. They seemed a little nervous with us but was really great. Laughed and made me smile. Thank you.
Food was fast, i got the special burger nothing much special about it,staff were pleasant and the restaurant was clean and tidy
Technical issues with the card machines. Cash only. No signs stating "cash only" at the entrance. This would possibly have improved the atmosphere. And lowered staff's frustration and improved customer experience. The meal was lovely though. No issues with the food. TrevH.
Nice food but the tables could be cleaned down when people have left
It is a little bit of a chaotic set up as not clearly signposted where to queue to order and lots of people sort of milling around awaiting their food.

Hmm. First impressions weren't favourable, a few people waiting for food, coupled with their internet being offline. The staff were absolutely unbelievably nice considering what they had to deal with, and coped with everything with a smile. Service was good and food was great, a slight wait while it was freshly cooked, hence the queue, but in the grand scheme of things, not a big deal.
Fresh cooked chicken, fries were nice and crisp, good customer service and not too busy (although I visited at 2.45pm). Also cannot complain with the 50% off help out. The only complaint was that the upstairs floor didn't look like it had been swept properly following the lunch rush, but it wasn't terrible.
I usually look forward to a takeaway from KFC, but not today, I ordered a bargain bucket for 1, an extra portion of hot wings and I upgraded to a bigger portion of chips and drink, the extra chips you get was minuscule, I got an extra 6 chips for 99p, I was also expecting to get drumsticks in my meal but what I got was 2 legs off the chicken, 2 mini fillets and my hot wings and I paid £9.67, it's made me feel like I don't want to go their again, I ate it all because I was hungry! But I didn't enjoy it!
