Immaculately kept tea rooms, it's like stepping back in time to my grandmother's house. 6 or 7 tables inside and about the same again outside, we stopped by at about 11am on a Saturday morning and it was busy, which proves its well-liked but there was a couple of tables free. I also stopped by on a Friday morning not long after the tearooms opened, it was quiet initially but in the time it took me to eat my Large Breakfast every table was occupied. The staff are friendly and efficient. I offered to pay up front and was kindly ushered to sit down and eat at my leisure at no point did I feel rushed or hurried. Lots of lovely smells coming from the kitchen and the atmosphere is warm and cosy. I stopped by again on a Wednesday morning, around 10.30 am and I am struck by how consistent the quality of the food is. Everything is cooked perfectly and at £6.95 for a Large Breakfast, provides excellent value for money. I am very pleased with my three experiences so far and intend to keep coming back! Would definitely recommend if passing
