Nice atmosphere and good food. My steak was very over done if I have to be picky but otherwise I would defo go back.
first time here and boy was it busy - I can tell why, the food was great - had the 16oz rump with onion rings and was cooked very well - sunday dinner was good and all food were good portions. will definately be coming again. 5⭐️ from us.
We haven't been in for a long time and don't know why !! Very quick service and friendly staff along with a massive menu to choose from also a fully carvery. We had planned to get desserts too but honestly the starter and mains were so big we just had no room left !
Popped in for a meal while on a weekend away to York. WOW - lovely venue, great staff and the food was absolutely amazing and well worth the money. Will definitely eat here again when back up this way. Excellent value for money and a great experience 👏 👍

Amazingly huge choice of dishes on the menu! I had fish & chips which were great. My partner had meatballs which were even better! Proper family run restaurant with a nice little play area for the kids & some music playing as you ate. Looking forward to going back for the carvery!

I have the strangest requests of food due to been on slimming world and this place never manages to disappoint me. I know that this is a place I can always manage to stay on my plan and never get bored of what I'm eating.
Very busy good staff well organised and great atmosphere. Food hot in some cases sizzling. Definitely recommend this as family venue it also has a play area and highchairs for little ones.
