Costa Coffee - Polegate - Photo album

Since being taking over with new management and having a fresh set of staff the place is so much more welcoming and clean than it has ever been great service and warm welcomes and if I ask for extra hot that’s what I get very helpful with explaining drinks if you have questions I used to always just
We came in to shelter from the rain whilst waiting to be rescued. The staff were lovely and the hot chocolate was great
Nice to sit and have a coffee, especially if you've just come back on the train after a tiring shopping trip, or waiting for a train to go on a shopping trip 😉
Great experience, lovely hot drinks and kind staff. Went this morning
Brilliant by the staff to adapt when needing to (dishwasher had broke). In what should have been a stressful situation, the staff on shift turned it into a funny, friendly and relaxed one. Unfortunately did not grab the names of the staff but shout-out to the two that were working at 8:30am 22/11/22
Fantastic coffee and great staff here, stopped by while waiting for the train, had a lovely conversation with the staff and a great coffee and sandwich, decent price too and interior is very nice and cosy.
One of my favourite Costas, staff are always very helpful and they make a great caramel cappacino
Nice and relaxing with inside and outside seating. Toilet on site with a baby changer.
Perfect to spend some time with a lovely one or friend, in between the busses or trains. Located on the High Street of Polegate, near the Polegate Train Station (literally one minute away), also right in front of the bus station (going to Eastbourne), and only 2 minutes walking from the bus statio
Up to Costas usual standard. Very pleasant and helpful staff. I had lost my loyalty card and the young lady helped me link a new card to my account.
Lovely edition to our little town. Has a nice local feel to it every time I pop in with my wife, but I wish sometimes the staff would talk a little less about their own going inside between themselves. When it's busy it's ok, but it sometimes feels like a place for them all to meet and chat, whether
Generally good, easy place to catch up with a friend. It ends up being expensive if you get cake etc but I still prefer Costa to Starbucks. The staff are friendly enough, seems they know regular customers and chat to them more so. Always have clean tables and clean toilets which is a bonus too.
As I only drink coffee. I was very pleased with Costas' coffee. I got a choice of hot or cold milk. & service here, was excellent. Friendliest I've ever had from a Costa coffee shop. Others can be quite ignorant & downright rude. & are not sensitive to my needs, as a disabled customer.
