The Black Bull is a nice traditional pub. There is a good selection of beers, lager and cider, including two cask conditioned hand pulled, real ales farmers blonde and doom bar. There are three rooms and an outside seating area at the back. The beer was excellent, and the food menu looked very tempt

Good food fish and chips well cooked and tasty. Meat pie and peas and runner beans and mashed potatoe again great and to finish it all off two lovely large cups of coffee and two hot milks.
Would definitely go again.

12 of us popped in for impromptu lunch, manager very engaging and polite, young lady working the bar and serving food was very nice (young boys have a bit of a crush on her so we will be going back).

Visited for lunch and found both inside and outside areas pleasant. Ordered two meals for £14 and both were lovely. Desserts also lovely and different to the usual offerings. Staff friendly. Would absolutely visit again!
