Me and my partner went here as we found a deal on Groupon for 2 starters and 2 mains for £18 there was a set menu for it but we were not disappointed the food was very yummy. The atmosphere is nice but with it also being a sports type bar some occasions it can be a bit loud and rowdy. The service was good you can order at ur table via a QR code or order at the bar. There was not much of a wait for food either.
Good food, can take a little time to arrive but I believe this is because it's generally busy. Not a fan of the TVs but this is a sports pub so if you want to go somewhere quiet I'd say check the sports that's playing before you go. Nice amount of food for the price and very tasty. Clean toilets and the beer garden (although small) is very clean and nice.
Chairs on the tables a little uncomfortable but not a huge thing. Staff are very friendly. Overall a nice place to go for food.
First time at the Chaddlewood. Wonderful food reasonably priced. The service was good but staff were not trained in how to put a Groupon voucher through but once sorted everything was excellent

As ever nice local pub very popular with locals. We had to book a table in advance so we could have a meal there. It was very busy. Very pleasant place with seating area inside and outside.
Lovely staff and meals very good value for money
First time and not the last. Everything was very well presented and the staff were fabulous. Food was excellent so would recommend. Can't wait fil next time

Food was great, tasty and great portion sizes (mains). service was quick given how busy it was and staff were helpful and accommodating.
Kids over 5 meals weren’t quite big enough I felt. One had pizza and would have liked to of had a choice of a side other than being given salad with it and wasn’t given choice of sauce on the side (was given bbq sauce).
Kids deserts also weren’t very big. One had create own sundae had a couple
Of buttons and half a strawberry to decorate ice cream with hardly worth bothering, may as well have just had ice cream.

We were immediately welcomed by a very helpful and cheerful member of your staff who showed us to the table we had booked. We were comfortably seated, the food was delivered in good time and was tasty and well cooked. After our main course with drinks we were able to order our desserts quickly at the counter; all of these were delicious and delivered quickly and in large portions. Therefore, overall, it was a very satisfying evening for us. However, I do wish to draw your attention to one major shortcoming as far as I was concerned. The main reason why I have chosen the Chaddlewood Inn as my favourite eating place in Plympton has been the fabulous sizzling plate chicken tikka masala which I believed to be one of your signature dishes. I chose this meal several times up to last year when I found it unavailable on arrival. This time, on booking our table, I was delighted to find it on your menu and, as it was my birthday, I was hugely looking forward to satisfying my appetite with this meal. I was greatly disappointed when told it was not available. I would like to know when it becomes available so that I can choose my next visit when I can enjoy it.

Good pricing, good range of drinks. Efficient service given that there was a large group also at the same time. However that made it a bit noisy
The staff were lovely and the food was great and nice and hot, the prices for food and drinks are very good too, the only negative was the table was quite tacky/sticky which we find in a lot of places to be honest so I hat could be improved but we will definitely be back again 😊
I booked a table online to watch the football. We were given a table to suit my request by possibly the manager who was great.
All the staff we met were lovely.
We had arrived early to have food, which was hunters chicken for my wife & sirlion steak for myself. It was very good although my wife's chips were not hot enough, whereas the crumble was hot and gorgeous.
Overall it was a very good visit and we wouldn't hesitate to visit again.
Well what a surprise, I purchased a groupon voucher for starters and two sizzlers, I have a very bad reaction to gluten, so I told a lovely barman this evening, he had time and patience to look at all the food I asked for and told me about an app called glass onion, to help me in the future, so service was excellent.

I had nachos starter and sizzling gilled chicken for main, both were excellent, the pub was lovely and clean and a very friendly, very busy with locals and families.
