I went to the Treeby arms with family before it was a Michelin star restaurant, the staff are friendly and food is stunning, and I would definitely go here again, I had The chicken parfait for starters, which Came with onion chutney, small pieces of toasted bread and a bit of salad, for the main course I had beer battered fish and chips which came with home-made curry sauce, and for desert I had the chocolate tasting plate, all of which were plated up beautifully and tasted amazing. I would highly recommend the Treeby arms to anybody who is willing to try beautifully cooked British food which is all locally sourced.

We had an incredible Sunday lunch here today. Everything was absolutely perfect and portion sizes were great. Staff were really friendly and the wine list is interesting and well priced. £100 for four people plus a bottle of wine and a couple of other drinks represents seriously good value for food of this quality.

What an absolute delight, Such a pleasant airy but cozy restaurant. I cannot recommend the Sunday lunch highly enough. It's been a long time since we received such a wonderful welcome and such fantastic service, everything was perfect, from the wonderful Hummus with fresh warm bread starter to the Roast Lamb which was very generous and perfectly cooked (in fact my friends couldn't finish theirs so I got to have extra as a takeaway). The Vanilla praline Affogato was a perfect end to a really lovely Sunday lunch, A new firm favourite for Sunday 's and we look forward to trying the regular menu. Thank you for a great day.

Never disappoints with a unique and well put together menu. The only thing we would change would be the party/pop music in the background as it did not fit with the ambiance. However, this did not hinder our visit as the food was fantastic as always.

The Treby Arms has undergone a renovation & is under new management. I popped in for Sunday lunch and had the calamari, mushroom bruschetta, prawn & crayfish spaghetti & the roast belly pork. All of the food was delicious. The service was spot on & I love the new look to the place. I really hope the locals make the most of the changes & this place stays the test of time. I’m looking forward to my next visit to Sparkwell as I will definitely be coming here to try more of the menu

Always fantastic. Michelin starred pub meals - good set meal offers at times. The a la carte is more expensive of course, but stunning!

Well decorated and a cosy atmosphere. On a reduced winter menu so don't go by the web site menu. Staff polite and happy to attend all your needs. Food was very good and tasty. Restrooms available and free parking adjacent to the pub/restaurant.

Extremely good place for a meal. Set in a rural pub, the restaurant isn't ostentatious, making for a relaxing setting.

We were in Plymouth on a short break, and looking for somewhere for a Sunday lunch when this little treasure came up on a search. It's a lovely little pub, tastefully decorated, and with beams and open fires. Starters were butternut squash soup, and crayfish cocktail; both delicious. I chose roast beef, hubby had the lamb, and our daughter had the nut roast, there were loads of veg and big slices of beautifully cooked meat. All the staff were lovely and friendly, there were goid local beers. Try it, you won't be disappointed!
