Fantastic service from this McDonald's. Management where super helpful. Bouncer on the door at late times. Hot food. Quick service. Toilets. Power for charging devices when open to daytime. Great place to work. I travel so this is essential. Less than £2 for a great coffee. £2 meals for budgeting and business. Perfect for a snack and charge up before driving to work or home. I use daily as a meeting for employees to save cash on expenses.
The place was very busy as the summer holidays had just started. The order was quick and easy. But I wasn’t able to get a table number as the ordering terminal skipped this task.
The food was good.
Very popular and so very noisy. But coffee is the best.
Having been seduced by the amazing propaganda associated with the 'double big mac' burger sensation, I ventured into this gem of a restaurant with the nearest and dearest. Having ordered on the world's largest tablet, I took my chance with the remainder of the good folk of Plymouth....and waited for what I was expecting to be a photogenic delight of epic proportions.
Upon its arrival, I opened my box with the expectation of happiness and a wave of horror rushed over me...,. Frankenstein's long lost nephew of the double big Mac awaited my vision, and whilst it tasted delicious.... (It's from Macdonalds, so why wouldn't it?),.... But it's appearance strangely affected my experience...., with my food simply failing to seem even remotely related to the images and expectations generated by external media.
If , however I put Frankenstein's love child to one side, the milk shake was perfect in it's texture ( starch straw friendly) and even the chips were hot. Hurrah!
Out with the food, The staff were amazing ( and even managed a thank you and hello, but because it is Plymouth, I'd expect nothing less. Plymouth is after all the city of dreams! )
In summary, another great restaurant, good staff and amazeballs milkshake. Food presentation however was beyond haphazard and tarnished the overall experience. 6/10.
Good value and decent range of options despite Covid. We had to queue briefly, but had the option of ordering in advance through their app. Was able to use self serve and have it delivered to it table. Only downside was the seating, as it was very close to the table so larger people would struggle to fit (too many Big Macs I suppose!).
Had a quick lunch in here whilst visiting Plymouth... Helpful customer service, restaurant was clean as were the toilets...
Great deals and Tasty chicken wrappers, Burggers, soft drinks overall all food items are very Good..
Very busy. Long wait for good but overall food was good.
Stopped in to use the dunny on the way to the Plymouth Half, of course every other runner had the same idea. The absolute legend of an employee let everyone upstairs to use the ones that were being cleaned. I've forgotten her name, but it just goes to show that not all hero's wear capes!
Cycling club always stop here for a post ride coffee/food, and it's always good service and the staff are well mannered/efficient.
