Was truly impressed with the food.
I was a bit weary as it was almost empty but the review were good. We tried it anyway and didn't regretted. Service was a bit like a fast food place. The atmosphere was a bit dull but don't let it put it off by it as the food, at least for me, will make it up for it. I think It's let down by its location.
I really enjoyed the superstar burger haven’t had a burger like this in months. The staff was the great, the food was great, everything was great the whole vibe of the shop 💯I highly recommend this shop.
I came here for the second time and got served by Sharon it was such a pleasure to be there as they treat u exceptionally. This time I ordered the crispy chicken loaded fried and a waffle stick both of them were delicious and outstanding. I will be visiting there again , it’s just too good. Good food and good employees 💯
We had the smashed burgers, fries 🍟 and milkshake which was lovely and very filling. The little one had chicken strips, fries 🍟 and a an Oreo Waffle, with oreo donuts 🍩 to take away. 😋 Delicious. The staff were lovely and surprised 😮 to see the restaurant was half empty, so a nice relaxing meal.
Delicious food! I love the smash burgers here, my favourite go to place for burgers with loaded fries, love the ambience and vibe here, moreover, the manager was super friendly and considerate with helping in my order with the food allergies, totally love the place. Amazing food in very comfy atmosphere.
We arranged a small party there and everyone of us loved this food. Super star smash burger is awesome.Very friendly staff. Prices is reasonable. Good presentation.

I am a burger lover, always looking to try new burger places out and saw this place when waiting for an appointment. I was expecting McDonald's quality burgers. When I went in I had a look at the menu and I ordered a classic smash burger from them. Even tho they have a pretty limited menu. I was thoroughly impressed with the price and the flavour, the meat was juicy, cheese was nice and the onions were great. Good price, good place. Great value. I'd love to go there again next time I'm in Plymouth. I recommend to anyone who loves burgers and deserts!
I took my son for a shake and burger here last week and we couldn't finish our food 🤣 it's so filling and tasty! And those shakes 🫠 place is always clean and stuff is friendly and very helpful, very nice atmosphere. Will definitely comeback 😀

Juicy burger, loses Shape a little when you bite in but everything. Is suoerfresh I loved it, the chips were also perfectly cooked, the place is clean, the decor is cool.Highly recommended.
I don't think I've ever left a food review I don't take the time however this was phenomenal the supreme burger was juicy and flavourful and thats with me removing tomato pickle and mustard! It was just lush then I got loaded fries also delicious lovely fries but the star of the show was the donuts they are light fluffy and just phenomenal thankyou for a fantastic lunch
Had a wonderful lunch with my granddaughter yesterday. I was not sure when she suggested Crispys, it was very busy and I'm so used to the usual places I go to, but I must say I was really surprised!
There was a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant, very clean and the staff were so helpful and friendly.
Our food was gorgeous, my chicken burger was so tasty, and our food arrived much quicker than I expected, despite being so busy. Hats off to the staff!
I'll trust my granddaughter's judgement next time and will definitely be returning to Crispys for a girly lunch with friends.

My first time eating here was a great experience. Anna our server was very attentive and welcoming. The food was delicious. The crispy chicken burger was juicy with a spicy kick. Finished off with the Oreo Croffle.
Very impressed with the customer service, most notably the manager Sam. He was very hospitable and receptive to our requests. Please hire more like him !
