We had our gym social here yesterday for a bottomless brunch! Was the best one so far. Massive food portions and such a massive range of drinks for the bottomless. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the building is absolutely beautiful! Will definitely be returning and spreading the word about this little hidden gem!
I hosted a birthday party for my husband and hired the Long Room. The venue is elegant and the food was delicious. There is a grand piano in the room which you can use, so I hired a pianist to play for a couple of hours. Staff were friendly and so accommodating and the event planner was brilliant - she responded quickly to any questions I had and was really helpful. Great location, fabulous food and a totally memorable experience!
The service here was amazing, came in with a large group of friends for bottomless brunch. Staff were attentive and drink selection was great. Food was absolutely delicious and a great portion size. The venue itself is beautiful, would highly recommend.

The staff are extremely accommodating and the food was delicious and felt special. A beautiful building to enjoy and the private bar works well. They have a grand piano which you can hire a musician for which gives a beautiful atmosphere.
Our lodge had the pleasure of holding their ladies night here on Saturday. A fantastic night was had by all. The 3 course meal was excellent as was the disco. The staff led by Levi could not do enough for everyone .
Jo the events manager was beyond helpful and would not hesitate to recommend the Custom House for any event.
Went for a wedding so I can't day much on rooms but the drinks were well priced and the food was so good. The space is nicely decorated and the staff were kind and attentive. If you had a problem they helped without being rude about it.

Went here for a Christmas party last year 2021. The place looked amazing, the staff were really helpful and accommodating. From arranging the Christmas party to the execution I was really happy with the service that was provided.
Food was quite possibly one of the best I've had for a Christmas party.
So glad we took our friend here for her birthday! They went above and beyond, several times. Levi was amazing and made the best Irish coffee I've ever had x
Attended the Institute of water's president dinner at the Custom House and was the first time I'd been there.
Such a beautiful venue for events, visually stunning.
The food is some of the best I've had in a while as well. Can't wait to go back!

Great setting. Fab location! The interior was so pretty. Limited menu for vegetarians (only one choice on the menu for main meal so marked it down one star) however, the cocktails were great and the food we had was so nice! Lovely atmosphere and will definitely visit again
Had the most wonderful evening at the Custom House!!!!! Service was amazing made the evening, also cocktails were the best I’ve ever tasted! MASSIVE shoutout to levi who was very friendly and made the evening perfect, will be back:)
Found this place by chance whilst wandering the Barbican on a Friday night! The building is gorgeous and you have to walk a long hallway to get to the bar, which makes it feel like a speak easy! We chose to sit at the sofa back at the front door so we could enjoy the warm evening and people watch. Cocktails were good!
What an amazing place , an absolute gem , beautiful cosy setting , lovely atmosphere, staff were polite and friendly, food was wonderful. Drinks and cocktails all fantastic and all at a fair price . So glad to have found this place well recommended.
