Everything was incredible. No let downs at all. The burrito was the best ive ever had, fries seasoned to perfection, just a normal drink and for dessert, the churros & caramel sauce went together perfectly. Friends & family agree

Excellent food. This was the 1st time we tried it and definitely don't regret it.. Well maybe regret the calories.. But.. Was worth it. We bought the meal for 6 so got to try a little bit of everything like taccos, burritos and lots more including sweet cinnamon twists. We did have to buy drinks separately as wasn't included in the meal price. The service was excellent even during this current covid crisis. We didn't eat in but the choice to do so is available.

I visited Plymouths Taco Bell for the second time yesterday and again I left happy. My partner had never tried it so I was very excited to show him and for him to experience it’s wonderful-ness. I ordered the crunch wrap supreme (obviously the best thing on the menu) and my partner had the crispy chicken burrito. Both meals were lovely and we left very happy. Staff welcoming as always. The only negative thing I have to say about this trip was that all of the self ordering systems were down (an introverts hell) and the drinks machine had issues/ broken ice dispenser but other than that I can’t complain. Can’t wait to come back for a third time.

Have the option of ordering at a kiosk or directly from a human.. I chose the latter. There was a bit of a wait for the food but it was worth it. I chose to order to take away but there tables available to eat in. Food was as expected. Service was decent. They do free drinks refills here too. Hope to be back. I didn't get pics of the venue itself.

The food as usual was good and kept warm on my walk back so can't complain there. However I was waiting a little while but I removed things from my burrito so I imagine that's why. The staff were loud when saying the numbers and were also polite. The tables looked a bit sticky though so could maybe use a staff member to go wipe down the tables every so often.

So first every taco bell. Looking forward to the experience as I'm a fan of mexican food and we were there for a birthday lunch. Unfortunately, reality didn't live up to my own hype... the shop itself was just like every other fast food chain (we could have been in Mc Donald's) the staff were just as you'd expect in a fast food restaurant and the main event the spicy, flavoursome mexican food was.... Mmuhh. I had the seven layer burrito, I counted four maybe. The thin piece of lettuce, the slither of tomato, some plain rice, black beans oh and some white sauce (hopefully sour cream or mayo) each thin ingredient (I'm not going to give any credence to each bit being an 'actual' layer) was as bland as the last... The only way I added flavour was with the sachets of hot sauce... Which didn't boost the body of the meal in the slightest. Such a shame. YES we all get it, 'you have to cater to the pallets of the masses' but come on! people are hoping and wanting for something with substance! Something that tastes good enough to remark to others about later on. Unfortunately I can see taco bell blending into a disappointing memory. "Do you remember when taco bell came to the UK?"... "Not really..."

Wanted to try this for a long time so really pleased they have come to Plymouth. Food was tasty and great value. The taco and fries below cost around £3.75. The staff were really helpful for an old dude like me so the visit was a pleasure. will be going again for a feast. You will have to click on the photo to see it all.

The food here is so tasty, I would recommend to anyone! Great for vegetarians too. I got the double cheesy bean burrito. So tasty and I could easily demolish another one! The staff were so helpful too!

Food from Taco Bell is so tasty! I like the quesdillas & the chips are so well seasoned that you don't need any additional condiments & sauces. I just wish that there were more Taco Bells around, particularly at motorway service stations 😊😊😊😊😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent service from the entire team on Friday 19th May. We mostly delt with Jin, who was very helpful and polite, especially as they were having some technical issues with their system at the time.

Georgina gave me the most incredible service this evening, unfortunately this branch doesn’t serve halal chicken of which she told me, and she was so kind and genuine! Genuinely a credit to the team, she deserves a raise!

Good food and it was quick. Free refills on soft drinks are great. Wheelchair accessible entrance, but is a bit of a squeeze when you get in

It was quite busy when I went since it was newly opened but the service is quite quick and since there was ordering screens like they have at Mcdonalds, it was a lot easier to order.
