My little boy needed feeding after his 6 week check up so we nipped to costa for a bit of brekkie this morning & I asked the girl behind the counter if I was ok to breastfeed cos it was rammed (of course she said yes) I went & sat down & another lady brought my food & drink over with a little extra on the side, she said chocolates on the house because you don't have to ask permission to feed you're baby. Then an older lady who was sat next to me offered to butter my tea cake � I well & truly felt the � this morning! #breastfeeding #costacoffee #costabroadway #costaplymstock
After our family friend had a wonderful friendly experience there towards breastfeeding her baby this morning... now on my we must visit list ! � good for you Costa !

I never drink Costa coffee but as my friend got an amazing responce to her breast feeding her baby I will be going into my local costa coffee to show my support Dow wonderful staff it's a shame more lady's don't no they can feed their baby's am sure it could make a vast diffrence to the amount of customers you get

Best service I’ve ever received in a Costa, Dante was polite and engaging with both myself and my 10 year son, offered me a sample of a new drink similar to the one I ordered, and gave us fantastic service, so much so that my son wanted go to know how he could give a review!
Very nice space with lots of natural lighting. The drinks and snacks were enjoyable also. There was also lots of outdoor seating as well.
Nice place to relax in the middle of a shopping trip.

Staff were pretty rude, turning their backs on us quite often mid-order. Also mentioning things to other colleagues which were inappropriate relating to our order.
Costa is Costa, but the staff here go the extra mile despite being run off their feet.
I'm disabled and they look after me like royalty.
Tables are cleared quickly and cleaned, and this is in a lovely local shopping precinct The Broadway, Plymstock.

For the first time in 2 years I had such a lovely welcome from the new manager! Best thing costa did was get rid of the red headed woman. Didn’t even know her name but she was always so unpleasant and unwelcoming. Everything you asked for seemed like a chore, never saw the woman smile in 2 years. But the new manager is a doll ❤️well done costa
Always good service but can get busy. We went during a quiet time and got a table easily
Fantastic, just fantastic. First visit to Broadway since the 80s and my release from HMP. I'm skint so couldn't afford anything but Costa looked good.
Staff didn't get too irate when they caught me going through the bins, so all good. Will be back for sure.
Great little place and the staff are amazing. Love the strawberry and cream frappe with a cinnamon bun 😍
Food is okay, but a bit pricey. However amazing service and a great variety of drinks
