Callum and his great team deliver a wonderful service. Despite always being busy, they always have a welcome smile and greeting and a lovely place for meetings, catch ups and great coffee!!!
⭐️Tina is amazing!⭐️ Last week on Friday 9th September me my husband and daughter used the drive through , we were having a stressed couple of hours but when we were served by Tina she completely cheered us up had us laughing and everything ! I can honestly say it was probably the best customer service I've ever received !! X what a lovely person !

Always nice to earn free coffees. This Costa has lovely , helpful staff. It was really clean when I went and my salted caramel frappe was delicious. They helped me choose a drink as they didn’t have ingredients for the one I wanted.
Always a good experience at Costa in Next. Best of both worlds, you can look around the store and have a coffee or something to eat. Since M&S food has been introduced, it is better. Service is always with a smile
I go there on my days off, love it, good atmosphere, nice coffee, nice staff, the only downside just too busy and not enough seats I guess because it’s good place that’s why it’s busy 5🌟

Costa do a wide range of drinks and snacks and they often add seasonal flavours.
We think they are a bit expensive but they are good quality and taste .. and portion sizes are usually quite generous.
Fantastic service. I'm lactose intolerant, and they went above and beyond to prevent cross contamination. Extremely kind of them

The seating areas has not improved. I was queuing for food waiting for a seat and the member of staff who was dealing with seats was going to give a table to someone who walked in. I spoke up but the member of staff was quite abrupt with me
