I tell you what, I'm bloody impressed. I ordered a large stuffed crust with customisation, delivered, for only £13. I anticipated a bit of a wait as it's Friday night but without any prompt sent me a £5 voucher for my wait. Just, don't get the garlic dip. A tad funky.
Ordered food and got a phonecall after about 40 minutes saying the food was made, sat under the hot lamp and awaiting a driver, 30 minutes afterwards we rang up asking about where the food was, it was still waiting on the driver, we ring up about 20 minutes later to ask for a refund, 15 minutes into

Poor customer service. You are told different things depending on who answers the phone. The slowest delivery for any takeaway and not apologetic. We love the pizzas but the last few orders have all had issues. Poorly managed branch - will happily change my review when they improve the service.
The lack of toppings are beyond a joke with this place. I have been there 3 times and always have most slices like this. For £20 a pizza it's not on
