Very cosy atmosphere. Feels like a secret spot on Mutley Plain. Coffee is always good quality. The food is nice but a little pricey as is the case with all Starbucks. The decor is nice and it seems like a good spot for doing some work. Worth considering if you work from home and would like somewhere to go for the day.
Really friendly staff and quick service. I love the location and that it has a nice big serving for whenever you want to sit there and work too.

The churro feap was delicious. I love Starbucks. And i love their frappucinos (mocha frap with extra shot or caffeine?? Yeeees please!)
They have great coffee and a fantastic selection. And their iced drinks/ frappucinos are faaar superior to costa.

Great little place. Staff are always friendly and polite, generally the store is clean and tidy. Lots of food and drink choices too
New premises, very clean and modern atmosphere. Pricey as all other Starbucks but I was pleasantly amazed to find my most favourite Matcha latte! As a Japanese, the green drink always reminds me of home and could never get in Plymouth till now. I could even choose unsweetened, which I never expect outside Japan. The latte was rich, creamy and authentically bitter. I loved it so much I would definitely recommend my other Japanese friends and go back to have it cold next time.

I visited Thursday and was served by liv who was super friendly and gave me good drink recommendations which turned out delicious! Generally a nice vibe, really nice staff who seem to all have a laugh while working which is nice to see! Highly recommend :)
Not all Starbucks are alike. The service here is really friendly.
My partner and I went here for a coffee after a pretty bad day and got amazing customer service from an employee called Nadia. We asked for a sleeve for our reusable coffee cups and she gave us a few more than we asked for. Amazing service and had a lovely conversation with her too. She definitely deserves a raise.

Got there about an hour before it closed, so they were already packing chairs away etc. Nice and friendly. One staff accidentally swore, apologised quickly, but I'd barely heard her anyway, so it wasn't a problem at all. All in all, not bad for a first experience of Starbucks!
The best Starbucks/ Coffee establishment I've ever been to. The workers are always so lovely, and polite! It's always really clean in here too, with good vibes. ❤️
