Came in to get a take away drink only, although the various food choices looked good apart from the odd little fly on the pastrys. Getting a drink before appointment. We come to Derriford fairly often for appointments for young baby, so stop in Costa to feed beforehand. Often get a 'hot' drink which more often than not seems to be more warm than hot. Partner also ordered a new drink that, on the poster, had cream and a dressing
I brought from a Take-Away Costa Coffee Bar at Tesco's in Belmont Terrace on the way to my Doctor's. The first time I had used a Costa Coffee Machine and it was a nice cup of coffee.
Some staff must be new unsure what to do, looked like needed better training in heigine with food (drinks) prep

Wish they put a bin outside. Always scruffy. Litter everywhere awful to see. Never enough staff which is normal for a Costa.
Love this place..regular mango frappe and brown toast,with watching the world go by chucked in for free!!

Friendly staff, well set out.
Good range of products and drinks, very polite and helpful staff who provide a good professional service. Well spaced seating and safety screens around the store. Has toilets for customers, car parking including disabled parking. Store has a drive through.
