Getting a drink before appointment. We come to Derriford fairly often for appointments for young baby, so stop in Costa to feed beforehand. Often get a 'hot' drink which more often than not seems to be more warm than hot. Partner also ordered a new drink that, on the poster, had cream and a dressing

The first time I had used a Costa Coffee Machine and it was a nice cup of coffee.
Some staff must be new unsure what to do, looked like needed better training in heigine with food (drinks) prep

Wish they put a bin outside. Always scruffy. Litter everywhere awful to see. Never enough staff which is normal for a Costa.
