Best place where to go for coffee in sunny beach, great service and a lovely place. Deserts are fab as well as coffee
Went to americanos yesterday with my partner as we couldn't decide what to eat, brilliant experience, food was gorgeous, the tapas sharer was delicious and plentiful and the sweet potato fries were yum, staff were polite and friendly and there's a lovely atmosphere inside and great decor... The only thing I would request is air conditioning as it was a bit stuffy inside.. All in all totally recommended, will be back soon xx

I could have spent all day at The Americano sampling the many coffees, cakes and milkshakes. Lovely, comfortable restaurant with a friendly buzz and a very tempting menu.

Bacon rolls are to die for. The bacon is sweet and loads of it, the coleslaw is lush
I love coming here on a Saturday afternoon for a luxury hot chocolate and cake. They have a loyalty scheme for free hot drinks. The windows offer excellent people watching opportunities and their Wi-fi is fast. On a hot afternoon the fruit smoothies are great taken outside. When open, the Americano had good Covid measures.
Superb service and costumer focused staff today as every other time I visit this store. The coffee was good as expected and at a very good price. Brilliant manager. Thank you.
BEST Coffee place in Plymouth........ AND to top it off, whilst you’re waiting for your order you can “zap” via “contactless” to donate £2 to local Homeless Charities...... Takes a second & if enough do it, MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE 👍👍
A very friendly environment. Staff recognise you. ( Which is always a plus in my eyes). My husband and I go as much as we can. Lovely food and good portions. Even the grandchildren love going to have their bacon breakfast. Well done guys. You always have our vote. Always recommended xx
They do a great latte and choice of cakes. You can sit outside with plenty of room. Its just outside Drakes Circus so easy to have a quick coffee break when shopping. Staff friendly and helpful. Give it s try.
It has pretty decent coffee and a nice seating area outside. Whilst it is too warm inside, the large seating area has a nice feel, almost feels like a coffee house abroad, watching the people about their days. Good is nice, if not a little expensive

Sometimes it’s very dark inside.
Walking through the smoking tables to get in is not the best experience- especially with children.
It’s not the cleanest place and has an odd smell sometimes.
It’s ok generally but for the price it becomes not worth it.
Nice selection of both hot & cold drinks. Also a good menu of hot food plus sandwiches & cakes. If you're afraid of birds, however, don't sit outside as very bolshy pigeons & seagulls frequently fly onto empty tables to try their luck.
Great food here as well as a selection of nice shakes that you can add M&M's, Snickers, etc too to make your own little sugar fueled adventure. Staff are efficient and seem to be genuinely happy to be there although you may experience a wait during busy periods.
Fantastic coffee shop and great food range. Usually busy but worth it. Prices are a bit more expensive than some coffee shops, but not excessive. Can sit outside all year round to people watch.
