Lovely pub and great staff. Millie was like a bluebottle on drugs, flying everywhere and keeping the public happy. We had a lovely meal and the staff were amazing! Great job done by all. Teamwork definitely creates productivity! πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

Met some family and had a few drinks 🍸 very nice too. The poor ladies on the bar tho was rushed off their feet hence service a bit slow. But they were polite and helpful. Great time and great place to catch up and enjoy πŸ˜‰

We couldn't visit Plymouth without giving the local Wetherspoon'a try and what a good pub this is. Set in the old quarter of town, not far from where the pilgrims left for American hundreds of years ago, The Gog and Magog stocks some excellent draught and bottled beers as well as a great selection of gins. Located on South Street, don't pass by without putting your head through the door.

A Wetherspoon's is a Wetherspoon's wherever we have been and each one offers a reasonable fare of food and drink for a reasonable price. Just occasionally you come across one of their better characteristics of the company. The restoration of many a fine establishment that may have fallen by the wayside for some reason. I'm not sure if this building will comes into that category as this is our first, and only visit, to this establishment. An all round pleasant ambience as we sat and enjoyed our reasonably priced drinks, we didn't sample the food as time was against us. But yet another Wetherspoon's on our travels, and like them all, upto now, a pleasant experience. Toilet facilities were fine, my wife assured me that the ladies was clean and tidy, and we would have liked to stay longer, but we were a long way from home.

Very nice, with indoor and outdoor seating and not overly busy. OK it doesn't have the views of Plymouth Sound but it doesn't charge the prices of those that do. So have your mid-morning coffee and danish on the Barbican, but source this place for lunch. We were not disappointed and if you are happy with Wetherspoons generally then I doubt you would be, either.

We regularly come here and normally have a good night. Unfortunately, there was an element of trouble this Saturday which was concerning. However, this was dealt with swiftly and quietly by the door staff. Thank you. It won't deter us from coming again, I think this is unusual.

Only had drinks. Ordered via app, but it took a long time for drinks to show up, and it wasn't even overally busy. Lovely building and interior, tho. Can't really give any reviews on the food on this occasion.

Good location. Called in for breakfast and got a warm welcome and immediately shown to a table. The service was excellent and food delicious and hot. Billy (manager) was very friendly and polite, he helped us with directions to our next stop. Will definitely come here again. Thank you.
