We love this place! Very friendly staff adds to the relaxed atmosphere. Sunday roast was superb! Definitely book for the roast though...its that good.
Nice selection of beers too.

Back again! Traditional pub, no frills, just 'nice'. Love the 'background music' playlist! Good selection of taps and decent wines at a reasonable price. Really good roast dinner, with a bucket of gravy. Go out of their way to cater to your dietary requirements. Excellent
One of the best roasts I've had outside of home and better than anything I could make! The ingredients were clearly fresh and local. The potatoes make a roast and these were fantastic! Food was good and served quickly. It was burger night and although I probably would have chosen something else, the LHA burger was meaty and filling. My friend had the vegan option and we both cleared our plates. Not keen on the plastic serving basket, a plate or board would have been much better.
Friendly pub with lovely outside garden.
Menu very limited, basically just burgers and pizza. I recommend the calamari starter, good to share.
Matt's bar service was excellent and very friendly
We didn't get a pizza and wish we did, they looked and smelled amazing and had lots of good looking vegan options.
The local beer was very crisp and refreshing, the staff were polite and very careful to be hygenic, and the garden was really pretty and catches a good amount of sun in the evening. :)
Always enjoy the LHA, a great pub and great selection of gins and beers! We didn't eat on this occasion but the food is always good too 😋
Had a fab evening here last night. The place is inviting, very cool decor, and the staff are lovely. Incredible food - go on Taco Tuesday and you're in for a treat. Also the churrous and dips taste phenomenal. They have a selection of games we had fun with. Will definitely be paying another visit he

Lord High Admiral you did good. Food was excellent and so was the staff. I can't say a bad thing about this place, I eat here every few weeks and I always enjoy it. But i do keep missing the scotch eggs you do, hopefully soon
Lovely hidden gem. Friendly staff and newly refurbished beer garden. Also, one of the best crisp selections I've seen in a pub 👌
