Dined here yesterday nice atmosphere and clean place to eat .food was lovely first rate pizza .have been to other pizza huts around the country blackpool being my favorite but this was just as nice .couldn't fault it

Myself, partner and daughter visited on January the 16th for Lunch to celebrate our daughters 4th birthday. We were amazed in the customer service, the manager/supervisor especially. She made my daughter feel very special and other members of staff came over to ask how our daughters birthday was going and how old she was etc. Big thank you to the staff that day! The food was also delicious and fresh. We opted for the buffet and salad both of which were fully stocked and tasted great!
Great place to eat. Pizza and the salad bar were great. The staff were really helpful and friendly and we will definitely be coming back 😄

Had a lovely experience here today. Our male host on the door was brilliant and so attentive and our lovely waitress Megan was very friendly. They were packed and short staffed but you couldn't tell. Everything was spot on. Thank you from the round table at the front. You worked so hard!!
Went for my daughters 7th birthday tea this afternoon! There were 27 of us in total and the service was impeccable!! Warm reception, friendly staff and the food was lovely. All 27 meals which was 7 separate orders came out together pretty much and was of a great standard! Will certainly be returning!! Thank u very much Pizza Hut my daughter had a great time

Great experience. Friendly staff and calm despite the obviously high number of things they have to deal with! We had the buffet and the pizza was delicious and fresh. The pasta was very tasty and the salad bar was excellent. Enjoyed the ice cream at the end and the refillable drinks. Such a shame there's not a pizza hut in Exeter!
Nice to still have a pizza hut to go to . Salad bar free with all pizza . Staff were welcoming and professional. ordered via the QR code .
Food was great. Nice and clean restaurant. Only downside, we had 3 different waiters/waitresses introduce themselves and say they were going to be 'looking after us' but we never saw any of them again.

Called in on the off-chance of getting a meal. Due to staff shortages, they were about to stop serving in-store and offer delivery only. However, as we had arrived minutes before this change, we were seated and allowed to stay.
The staff were very helpful regarding food allergies / intolerance, taking us through the ingredients for everything available.
Having found something safe, we ordered and quickly brought our drinks and starters.
Two of the party went for salad, which was fine, e cept for the swarm of fruit flies over and on some of the salad.
The pizzas were the usual Hut offering, tasty and filling!
As we went with a meal deal, we got a couple of puddings, but we were given three spoons to share them.
All-in-all, the experience was enjoyable. The cleanliness of the restaurant could be better - the light shades had a fairly thick coating of dust, and likewise, having flies on the salad dishes wasn't very appetising.
In terms of value, the meal came to over £60, which seems a bit steep for what is essentially fast-food. However, as mentioned, staff were friendly and helpful.
When I walked In I wasn't sure I wanted to eat there but by the end of the meal I was extremely happy and full.
The pizzas were lovely and came in a timely manner. We had trouble with the qr code when trying to order so the nice lady helped us and took our order at the till. She was extremely polite and engaging.
There was a 2 for 1 offer on pizza delivery that day which was confusing when we saw the sign on the door as it didn't say for delivery but luckily we had a taste card.
Note for head office. They need more staff. The place was untidy but the staff were running around everywhere.
Ice cream for £5 I thought was expensive. I understand its refillable but how many people eat that many bowls.
Haven't been to pizza hut for years. I was really impressed with the staff, both the chefs and waitresses. Really friendly and helpful. The food was great. Really good quality and the salads were as lovely as I remembered. The ice cream bar is fun. We're Def coming back.
My first time at pizza hut. Lovely staff .Great salad bar.great kids choices. But if you want to adjust your food you are unable to leave anything off. We wanted plain pasta for my granddaughter but it only comes with cheese as it brought in like that.shame as we ordered the cheesy pasta and it was swimming in cheese sauce. But the others enjoyed there pizzas .

My 7 year old daughter loves the self serve aspect of Pizza Hut. She loves getting her drink, salad, ice cream and this time we did the buffet so she got her own pizza. We had a lovely family visit.
Great food, quick service and not horrendously expensive. But I don't like that your expected to tip when you order your meal...I mean if they used monkeys to bring out the food should i pre tip them? Although I probably would if that was the case
We were a party of 6 plus two toddlers. We had to wait a very long time for a table. It was busy but there were some empty tables while we waited.
I wasn’t able to pay with ApplePay. Later I found out that the reason was that I didn’t want to tip. In my opinion a tip should be something you give because you want to acknowledge good service and a short waiting time. Well I learned something new.
Decent food and all you can eat buffet until 3 is great
If you going out drinking in the afternoon or you want to fill yourself up before the cinema it is the place to go
Very helpful staff. Good quality of food. Freshly made pizza, served quickly.
Service was pretty slow, I think they still assume you will order off the app which most people don't. The majority of the salad was topped up and seemed fresh. Main meal and sides were hot and tasted great. The kids loved the ice-cream factory.
