We stopped for a cheeky Easter Day ice cream earlier. It was raining typically but thankfully we were able to drive pretty much to the door of this lovely little treasure of a place. There were lots of flavours of ice cream and it was super creamy. Loads of other homemade treats such as cookies, hot fresh doughnuts and cream teas on offer too and the prices are amazing! To top it all off we were served by possibly one of the nicest people to ever serve us ice-cream! Totally recommend people visit this place.
Highly recommend this little place, my son had a bacon roll served on a warm tiger bread baton, his words “the best bacon butty I have ever tasted in my life” the ice cream sundaes are insanely good, he makes all the yummy ingredients himself, so welcoming, you HAVE to go here �

Found this gem of a shop on the Barbican today. Delicious ice creams and deserts served in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere with a great view of the harbour.
Nice friendly guy, good tasty homemade food at very reasonable prices. A lovely mug of tea. Good luck, see u soon for another crispy bacon roll, “yum yum”.

We absolutely love this place. I had a huge, just out of the oven, cookie with a lovely mug of tea. My hubby had a lovely frothy coffee. All for £3.
The service is amazing. The owner, a former chef, goes beyond his limits to make sure his customers get a great experience. He made my hubby a bacon bap when he was meant to be closing and it was no trouble to him. We've been there lots since he opened last August and we really want him to succeed with his venture. Good food, great service, good prices in a great location. What else do you need?
Four of us visited tonight with two kids. The ice cream was amazing and lots of effort went into making each one . The owner was so friendly and really made us feel welcome. We will defientley be back to try the rest of the menu.

Amazing experience here today. Not one, not two, but FOUR vegan ice cream choices myself and my son could both have (dairy and soya allergy). He had raspberry ripple with really delicious raspberry sauce, and I had chocolate. My husband enjoyed a fudge ice cream desert (not vegan) which he said was also delicious. Would recommend if you are vegan or can't have dairy, they were really confident and knowledgeable about the ingredients in their ice cream, and all of it was yum.
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here today for an ice cream, delicious and creamy with a free flake too. Great friendly service.

Haven’t had an ice cream dessert but have had their Panini, absolutely the best I’ve ever tasted and you can choose what you want in it. All cooked fresh, yes you have to wait a bit but who cares it’s worth the wait. The staff go above and beyond, always cheerful and helpful especially in these hot conditions.
This place is amazing. Love the mixture of ice cream with a doughnut, so tasty. Phil is very nice the owner. Nothing is to much. Well worth a visit.

This place is a gem!! We visited Berties while we were in Plymouth visiting family. Great homemade ice creams and nice coffee. The members of staff were very friendly and the prices are very reasonable for the location. I would highly recommend this place for a delicious bite to eat or a yummy ice cream. The bacon rolls were perfect.
Really nice selection of ice creams at a good price. Service is quick and friendly. Lots of seating outside where you can watch the boats. Staff are happy to make changes to the list of ice creams if you ask, they will also make suggestions they think you might like.
