Really nice place to go for a bite to eat. We were visiting Plymouth so thought we would give it a try. Really great pizzas (we nearly finished them all but couldn’t quite finish the last slice) and really friendly waiters. I’m not a cider fan but tried the cider tasting board and was pleasantly surprised - even though I am a beer drinker and cider usually isn’t my drink at all. The waiter came over and was inquisitive as to what I thought and wasn’t too offended when I said I enjoyed it but I’d still stick with beer next time! The restaurant has a really nice feel, the sourdough is fantastic and the staff are friendly - what more can you want?!

Right on the waterfront, the Stable prides itself on serving from a niche menu of sourdough pizza and cider. The pizza was excellent and very tasty - The Blazing Saddle and Sh-reddy or Not with the garlic and herb dip which we shared, washed down by the cider tasting board, 5x 1/3 pint which were great. The Snails Bank Fruit Bat was amazing, like having a boiled sweet in cider! We sat outside as it was a pleasant evening and overlooked the marina, which as dusk fell, was very pretty. Be aware that you are by the waterside if you eat outside though, so the 'wildlife' could get interesting! Enjoyable food and a nice location.

Fantastic gluten free pizza - first I've had that's been a normal size. Was able to adapt order as needed, service was great. Unfortunately there was a dog nearby being groomed and had a lot of dog hair ending up in food and drinks, but luckily we love dogs!

The Stable is always pretty reliable, and happy to allow dogs in. No different here. Super spot in harbour. Friendly staff and good pizzas (mine was slightly underdone).

Hands down the best pizza I’ve had, even compared to those in Italy! Service was friendly and super efficient. Drinks were very nice too! I can imagine the terrace would be lovely in the summer overlooking the harbour. Would love to head back here if I’m back this way in the future.

We had a really lovely afternoon here. Was lovely to look at the water. The pizza's were delicious. We did a cider tasting with local ciders. Really friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. They also had colouring pages for kids. Really recommend coming here!

Amazing food, great staff and very dog friendly. As soon as we sat down the dogs got a handful of biscuits and a bowl of water. Our pizzas were amazing, just the right amount of toppings.

Overall lovely pizzas & a great selection of choices, including numerous vegan ones. Very thin & crispy bases. However, a simple request to omit mushrooms on one fell on deaf ears & the pizza arrived unchanged. I'd recommend booking a table as it gets very busy.

Good venue with some good craft beers and ciders. Had a pizza that was just about cooked, could’ve had some more time in the oven. The venue itself was good, nice big area with loads indoor and outdoor seating. Service was excellent.

Absolutely amazing! Incredible fresh food and many drinks especially there tasty choice of ciders! Great hospitality too. Was able to get a great seat outside and used the barcode on my table to order my food and drinks. When I wanted another drink I just scanned and payed for another one. Cant wait to go back

Hey map explorers! 🌍 So, I hit up "The Plymouth Stable" recently and, honestly, what a vibe! First things first, if you thought you knew beer, this place will make you think again. Their range is off the charts – everything from those good ol' local brews to the fancy schmancy ones you've never heard of. Downed a few, and each was like a mini adventure. But wait, there's more. The pizza? Absolute game-changer. I've had my fair share of pizzas, but theirs? Top-tier stuff. Perfect crust, just the right amount of toppings, and that melt-in-your-mouth cheese. If there's a better combo than good beer and great pizza, I haven't found it yet. Oh, and the view? It’s Plymouth showing off, big time. Do yourself a favor: grab a slice, pour a pint, find a window spot, and just chill. It's the kinda place where hours feel like minutes. If you're wandering around Plymouth and you're after some top-notch beer, banging pizza, and views for days, make a pit stop at "The Plymouth Stable". Who knows, might see ya there for round three (or four). Cheers and chow down! 🍻🍕

Great place to stop for a cider, so many places in the Barbican only offering Thatchers. The view from the terrace is great. Ultra happy as they had my favourite Rapscallion available.

Visited with our three teenage children, wall had pizza, and were lucky enough to be sitting outside on a lovely evening. Food was excellent and we really enjoyed our evening.
