What a wonderful place to visit if your feeling hungry or just meeting up with family and friends. All sorts on the menu,we chose breakfast and it was really well presented recommend the porridge with berries, children's menu available, the service was first class, there are two levels to this building so plenty of tables. The toilets are very clean. You can take a seat and order from your table simple by using the QR code . The building itself is very quirky, it's an historic building and is set in the Barbican quarter of the City of Plymouth. There is a small car park next to the BTP but it is always busy. There is a couple of EV points on this car park.

Fantastic location for this brunch getaway right in the middle of the Barbican area. Great food, great coffee (do ask for no chocolate on your cappuccino) and superb service make this a must breakfast, brunch & lunch venue. Vegan breakfast is very nice, even for non vegans, and the cappuccino was well prepared. Avacado and poached eggs were perfect which is harder to find one a café than you would think. Outside and inside space was ample and although it's busy, we didn't have to wait long for a table. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal tea and breakfast! You GOTTA try the iced coffee with avocado and maple syrup! The mushroom with the breakfast are next-level. Thoroughly lovely staff, very friendly and welcoming. Also, there are abundant seats and tables.

Always enjoy coming to BTP. Great service, atmosphere and varied menu. I tried the new the brunch bowl. Perhaps a little more zatar for me, but that’s personal taste.

Decent food at a decent price, in an easily accessible location with parking close by. A great place to brunch. The menu caters to vegetarians and vegans, as well as carnivores!

An incredible brunch!! I met my friend and her daughters today for brunch, what an absolutely perfect meal it was. We had two sweetcorn hash, with halloumi, perfectly (properly) poached eggs, avocado, salsa and my total highlight - Tabasco maple syrup. Everything on its own was good, well cooked and tasty but together especially with the syrup was just epic. My friend doesn’t like avocado so ordered without, the brilliant manager brought the food and asked if she’d like some mushrooms instead…so nice as there was no expectation. We also had banoffee pancakes which looked epic, and a kids breakfast (for just £1), brilliant coffee and a milkshake. Decent prices for really tasty, fresh food cooked to perfection, I can see why it’s busy. The only downside was that the app wasn’t working properly so we had to order downstairs, that wouldn’t even take away from what is s really well deserved 5* review.

I have been to BTP in Plymouth a few times and always had great food and service, I prefer it to the one in Exeter (which is also good) that is closer to me. Plymouth has a more relaxed atmosphere. Really captures the south west vibes.
