Himalayan Spice - Plymouth - Photo album

Some of the dishes were quite salty (like Mo Mo), but the taste was still very good. Chef's special curry was especially good with many different kind of proteins (chicken, lamb, prawn, and egg).
Right on the barbican in a very historic little street. I have been in a party at the weekend and had what one of my friends said was the best curry they'd had with amazing portions, service and ambiance, the food was really delicious. However, I have been a couple of times on a Monday and am sure t
The food was absolute perfection, the Himalayan Chicken was spot on with every flavour possible and was so tender. The waiters were very friendly and accommodated for all of our needs. Would definitely love to come and eat again!
Excellent atmosphere and attentive staff. Very different type of curries etc as its Nepali based, so it was good to try this for a change. Lovely Nepali beer which we hadn't tasted before. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and will visit again.
Very friendly people, Food very good quality and post Pandemic, I have noticed a few Indian restaurants have had to or chose to lower the quality of food but this is definitely not the case here. One of the best Indians I have had and I been to a lot.
This was our second visit to Himalayan Spice and once again it didn't disappoint. There was a slight error where my partner asked for her dish to be made mild and it wasn't, but this was quickly rectified by the kitchen and a fresh dish brought out in 7 minutes. Great friendly service and reasonabl
Very good food & nice staff. I'll definitely visit again & recommend this place to everyone.
Exceptional food (I tried Himalayan sizzler, mixed vegetable curry, special fried rice and garlic naan). Definitely recommend the sizzler and the fried rice (probably the best fried rice I have ever had at a restaurant). Staffs are friendly and and the food is served until very late (11pm). Students
I was pleasantly surprised at how great the food was. The rice was nice and fluffy, the saag alo was flavourful and the cheese nan bread had a lovely crisp and soft texture at the same time and it was just delicious. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. There was a waitress who took c
Absolutely superb food, very friendly and courteous staff and cozy old English ambience. Again any time.
Professional service. Great food. Drinks served quickly. Smart waiters. Busy restaurant. Great time.
Superb location in the Barbican, great food, kindly accommodated us late on a Sunday after a long passage. Much appreciated.
What a place! Incredible food, nice staff and a great atmosphere. There was a group of 10 of us. We were really well looked after (as were other customers around is it appeared), the food came out together and was all freshly cooked. Good beer, good food, good atmosphere. What else could you want!
Amazing. Best curry in Plymouth by far. A bit more pricey than others but worth every penny. Mo Mo dumplings were brilliant as was the Seabass!
Great vindaloo and great service, look forward to next time
