Like stepping back in time in here to the 1920s. It's beautiful & the staff are lovely & so attentive. Food is tasty & gorgeous too! Been a couple times now & will definitely return. Looking forward to seeing their Christmas menu 😊

Amazing speak easy cocktail bar upstairs. Haven't had the pleasure of grabbing food there yet but saw some very satisfied people giving compliments. Staff are very knowledgeable about their craft and great fun.

Fantastic customer service, and the food was incredible! The bartender seemed to know every cocktail known to man, and at the end of the night the staff were more than happy to take photos on our phones for us. Definitely going back!

We love it here. The entertainment (live music) on Friday and Saturday evenings is a real draw, the food is brilliant, choice of wines and cocktails equally brilliant. Service never dissapoints.

Charlie Franks is the perfect restaurant for anyone - but especially if you are gluten-free! We had the GF fish and chips and butternut squash risotto and both dishes were outstanding. Service was superior. Make sure to save room for the GF sticky toffee pudding, it’s amazing!!!
Very nice fish and chips, but not cheap (£10). Didn't see the dessert menu because I was too full, but if they're as nice as the fish I might have to come back.
