Greeted by very happy and charming staff member, Lewis, which makes a good start. We were able to sit anywhere we wanted and picked the half booth corner table. Lovely choice of drinks and we had an 'Hub Colada' and a Seaside Sling. We both had the dirty dicso burger but we came here because my partner was able to have a proper GF burger as opposed to some "burger" places that just remove the bun and call it GF. Along with a side of "Mother Clucker Fries" - Skin-on fries with buttermilk-fried chicken, cheese sauce, sour cream, Korean BBQ sauce and coriander Couldn't have made it any better. Compliments to the staff and chefs

I've visited Hubbox for years, but this is the first time visiting the Hub. I really like the new concept which feels much more like a dining experience instead of fast food. The food is always great from these guys and of course I had to get the OG, the big Kahuna. The service was great and the food arrived very fast. To top it off, Verdant on draught!

Very good food, dog friendly and staff so welcoming. We had the gluten free bun and it was very tasty, we were not made to feel like an inconvenience. Staff were so good with the dog, offered water and a table with space for him to sit.

We went to the Hub tonight for the first time and it wont be the last, food and service were excellent, there was also a live singer on tonight who we thought was excellent too, all round a great night 😊

Went for breakfast and it was delicious, highly recommend. Nice variety of dishes and good coffee. Service was very welcoming and friendly, checked in on us but not too much so it felt very relaxed and not like we were being rushed out he door which you can get in some restaurants

Greeted by a friendly employee who sat us down outside, the food didn't take too long and it was absolutely lovely. I had the chicken burger with kimchii in. It was the best chicken burger I've had. Definitely recommend

Beautifully decorated, and well placed in a nice part of Plymouth. Good selection fir Gluten free, veggie and vegan. So much choice on burgers it was difficult to decide, finally went for a big kahuna and dirty disco with onion rings and skin on fries that were perfection. Really well presented and quick to cook and very tasty. Not cheap but to be expected for such quality and presentation. Good cocktail selection and extremely friendly staff. Will deffinatly return soon!!!

I had been to Hub box before many years ago when it was located in the city centre and it made enough of an impression that I sought it out being in town for work. The Staff were friendly and attentive without being obtrusive. I opted for the Special which was the Franco burger with the skin on fries. The food was amazing, the fries were delicious with the smokey bbq dip. The Franco burger was top notch, cheesy with pest/mayo and Ragu, delicious. I hope I will have the opportunity to dine there again soon.

Royal William Yard is a great place to go for a stroll or bite to eat and is even better new with the addition of hub box. We’ve eaten at the hub box in town before and loved the burgers and dirty fries so to have one at RWY now is great as it gives us more choice. They have limited eating outside when the weathers good but plenty of room inside and the decor is very nice. The staff were friendly and inviting. Lewis our server was attentive and very helpful. I’d recommend anyone that’s not tried hub box before to co and check it out.

The staff were brilliant without fault. The waiter whos name I dont recall was top notch. The burgers were mouth-watering, dirty fries were amazing, chocolate shakes were to die for and the rest was 5☆. Cant wait to go again.

What a lovely little place. Burger was amazing with the added dirty fries. Staff were very friendly and helpful and there was little wait for food to arrive. Although it was quiet the atmosphere was very pleasant. Would strongly recommend.

I had a fantastic burger from Hub today, but what really stuck with me was the incredible service and the staff. Lewis was especially thoughtful - after discovering I was staying locally and awaiting some bad news within the family, he expressed sympathy and kindness that was very welcome in that moment. Awesome food and an awesome team.

Food was fantastic- really tasty and fresh. Went for the Big Kahuna burger which gets 5* for the name, and lived up to it! Passion fruit cooler was a real hit too. Bit on the pricy side, but quality of ingredients justified price. As per other reviews, service was slow in quite a quiet restaurant and the waiters weren’t very attentive/could have been more proactive to take orders or give the bill. Once being served the waiting staff were very friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience, tasty fresh food and will be back!

Our host was Grace who was awesome with our Little Girls. Overall the food was excellent and the new Menu top class. Good mix of classic Hub burgers and amazing local foods. Great vibe and atmosphere of a restaurant where people care and work well together ❤️

James served us, amazing service and by far the best burger 🍔 we have had. Portions size were brilliant, chips top notch, and onion rings I am fussy with, but they were fantastic. Definitely be back.

Lovely experience! The staff were lovely, food was nuts and the cocktails were worth the money. I wish I could name the staff a young chap from Essex and lass with blonde hair served me and my family and were brilliant!
