Amazing afternoon tea! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Best place for afternoon tea, the quality of the food was great and good value for money. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Came here for afternoon for my birthday with 16 other guests. Were very accommodating. Had great communication with me throughout. An amazing range of delicious food on offer. When we came to have our food it was perfectly presented the Scones melted in your mouth. Would definitely recommend. Great value for money and great service. Also were very happy to welcome my young daughter and 2 friends and prepared a little afternoon tea for them to partake of which they loved. Thank you so much xx
Me and my partner came here for afternoon tea and it was so lovely!! The food was delicious particularly the cakes which are all homemade and so fresh! Great value for money. Also a lovely little cafe for a cup of coffee. The staff were also very attentive and friendly :) would definitely recommend.

Second visit whilst visiting family in Plymouth, every bit as amazing tasty, cakes and drinks as I remembered 14 months ago. Very friendly service and beautiful food, what more could you ask for... pretty much nothing, reminds you how valuable independent traders are

We went here for my baby shower a few weeks ago. The afternoon tea was yummy as was the hot chocolate. Cafe was warm and lovely and so were the staff. We all had some leftover cakes to take home and enjoy and the cafe promptly provided boxes for us to do that. We will definitely return.
I have ordered 2 birthday cakes within the last 3 weeks....A chocolate cake for my son's 18th and the cheesecake for my daughters 21st.
Both cakes looked superb! and were the best cakes we have ever tasted!!
Easy to order from the Internet and easy to pick up. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

We ordered a cake online for our son's birthday. The service was amazing and the cake was made at short notice (just over a week!) The cake was absolutely delicious. Wow ! I decided on treating myself as I had no kids or husband to feed ! I've never been here before but it was fantastic ! I had the prawn cocktail which was lovely with loads of good size prawns and really tasty ....then I had the pudding plate ! It looked amazing , it was amazing ! Lovely staff and fantastic place ! I will be back !!!

We booked afternoon tea for 8 people on Saturday 25th September, and we were not disappointed. One of our party was lactose intolerant so they adapted the menu accordingly, after a phone call discussing what could and could not be eaten. Service was quick and the staff were friendly, the food was delicious and the savoury items were served hot. Would recommend anyone who visits Plymouth to book afternoon tea at Chocaccino!
If you like chocolate then this is the café for you. We had a group meal which includes drink, sandwiches, cream tea, and chocolates and cakes, all served up by the friendly and helpful staff. Great for small groups or individuals.
Great find on our weekend trip looking at Universities, arrived Friday on a rainy afternoon but met with a smiley Jessica who served us delicious warmed scones and a much needed pot of earl grey tea... very chilled ambience, great food, a good selection of music and very reasonably priced.
Went in again on Sunday before we had to head back home, had a chicken mayonnaise sandwich served with salad and crisps, enough to share between the two of us, also took home 2 slices of freshly made carrot cake!!
Had a little takeaway of cannolli's too, couldn't resist😁
