a party of approx 30 people for my brother's 50th birthday ... we were running a little behind with everyone getting there and starting on time, but my Dad (diabetic) needed some food quickly and so they straight away got him a little something to make sure he was ok (so wanted to say an extra thank you for that!) ...
I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, lovely and clean, happy friendly lovely staff, nothing was too much trouble and the food was absolutely beautiful, you couldn't ask for more ... will definitely be back! and most importantly, the birthday boy really enjoyed, so thank you :)
We walked in last evening without a reservation. Not a problem what so ever. We was welcomed by the lovely waitress that offered us a choice of tables. Soon after the manager lambos took our drinks order. He is so polite and friendly who clearly enjoys his job. The food was lovely and cooked to perfection. The restaurant is a lovely place. Spotless clean. The restaurant has a lovely athmosphere. We have struggled to find a local restaurant that serves great food and has great staff who take customer service seriously. This place has it all. We will be defiantly back. Thank you lambos for making our evening so enjoyable.
Just had the most wonderful meal at Meze grill, I normally panic going out with the kids but there was such a good atmosphere, the waiter let us make adjustments to the set menu (a nibble and starter instead of a starter and main for out son), and good wine! Amazing service and perfect food. Can't wait to return xxx

Love this restaurant! It's like a little piece of Greece on The Barbican. I always order their humous for starter and fish of the day for Main and the tapas are delicious for lunch. Good wine, fab cocktails especially their mojitos and as always excellent service from caring, knowledgeable, friendly, professional staff who really care that their customers are enjoying themselves and the superb food they serve with a smile. My favourite place to eat in Plymouth 👌👌⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely family meal here this afternoon for my grandads birthday, 13 of us in total, with a vast selection of food which was hot, fresh, tasty and good value for money. Think this will be a new regular for us �

Drove to the Barbican from Tavistock yesterday with the intention of finding somewhere for a Sunday roast. We saw the menu on the board outside and decided to go in. What a find!
The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the service was brilliant!
We will definitely be returning! Well worth the drive!

Great food and service! Everything was fresh and delicious. Very generous portions and kind service! The fish fillet with olive oil was the best fish dish we had in the UK! Tasty tziziki and vegetarian mussaka.. and of course great coffee and baklava! Would definitely come back again!!

Highly recommended the paella!
The waiter came quickly to take our order, but he didn't seem to know the menu very well. The fried calamari starter was not crispy; lamb cutlets was tasty; the paella was tasty and in big portion. The baklava dessert somehow is as hard as cardboard.
Great place to eat, the staff are friendly, happy and helpful. The food was perfect and very reasonably priced. Even my friends dog was treated fantastic and enjoyed some treats from the kitchen ☺️ we'll definitely go again. Thank you!

Trying to decide where to eat on a Sunday evening. We looked at the menu and after speaking to a lady who was leaving and telling us how good her meal was, decided to go in. I chose the paella and my wife settled on the lamb souvlaki.
The food was fantastic and owner and staff very helpful and attentive, Excellent all round. If you are ever in this part of the world give it a go you won’t be disappointed 👍

We had a wonderful evening celebrating our friend's birthday. This is our second time here for a meal because we live Cornwall and come up for the weekend. Food was delicious and staff was fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone.
