Although it was a quick visit by me, our motorcycle club was made very welcome and we were allowed to park on the most level part of the tarmac car park. Just had the best Sunday roast at the newly taken over Silver Plough. First weekend since they reopened and it's fantastic. The food, staff and refurb was all top notch. Well done to the Chickpea group, we will see you guys alot!
Best roast lamb I've ever had. The meat was plentiful and soo tender, the roast potatoes crispy and very tasty, along with the veg and meat gravey. Yum

A lovely traditional pub. Food and service was outstanding. Differcult to decide what to eat. Will be going back to do a couple of walk's and stop by for lunch or dinner. Definitely has got a restaurant standard chef. Loved it

Lovely little pub, been here many times and it never disappoints! The staff are always friendly and chatty and the food is superb. Only issue is the badger beer, disgusting stuff. Apart from that this pub is definitely worth a visit!
