I'll be back soon for a smoked haddock supper, I've never had one before and if the chips I had today are anything to go by, it will be something to savour! A great place for food, chat and beer. A gem, well worth the drive from Edinburgh.

Popped in on our recent trip. Small portions but they are some of the best chips we have had in a very long time. Not greasy. Traditionally cooked and lovely to see that it is run by generations of a family. One of our family ran a similar place back in the 70’s/80’s. Vegetarians-The chips are cooked in vegetable oil not dripping 👍🏼 Will return if we are back in area.

Stopped in here with my daughter on Thursday. Very old school feel (a good thing in my opinion) food was really good. We had a fish supper and sausage supper. Will definitely be going back when we are out that way on the bike again 🏍️❤️

Oh goodness heavenly fish supper. Great admiration for fish fryer How he checks everything turning fish, checking chips, adding more fish and chips to cook. I was glad there was a queue because I was mesmerised how skilled he was.

Really good fish supper. Fish very fresh and chips tasty. Portion not as big as expected but slightly cheaper than other local establishments. Very dated inside but kept clean

Lovely food. My favourite chippie in the area. In the "before" times, people started queuing up fair bit before opening time- that tells you something 😁 it was actually nice to stand with a group of folk, where everybody was excited waiting for the door to open. All local chippies are good, but Pittenweem one is superb

OMG! I've just bought a fish supper..£7 well spent! I've been transported back in time, from going in to the Chippy to tasting the superb supper! I don't know how you managed it, but at 49... I feel 15 again! A taste sensation... Do not change a thing... perfectly perfect!

You might feel like you've went back in time visiting here but trust me, it's well worth the visit. Best fish supper I've had in a long time. A true hidden gem!

SATURDAY NIGHT F & C Highly recommended and for good reasons Arrived at 7.30pm and it was busy, a queue of people and cars. VERY GOOD helpings of excellent F & C. We took them back to our rental and sat overlooking the North Sea enjoying the very best of Fish & Chips. Well worth a visit.

Good traditional fish and chips.... Take away only. Many say as good as the chippers in Anstruther that get all the plaudits. Still served in newspaper and the place hasn't changed in decades. Also open on weekend mornings got papers and rolls.

First visit here and I'm really happy. A proper chippy. Food was lovely and staff friendly. Q was out the door but the wait was still shorter than in anstruther, mostly due to the fact that they dont wait until you are at the front of the queue to cook your meal. We will definitely be going there more often now.
