Ist time in here, staff were very efficient and always happy to oblige you in anything you asked of them, must say the food was excellent, and you did not wait long to get your meal, the place was very busy with visitors who were all enjoying themselves the same as us, have recommended this lovely place to all my friends, and will pop in for a meal next time I am Pitlochry, well done to the Chefs and Staff.
Really lovely, comfortable Inn with very friendly staff. Had a meal there on two evenings - both times absolutely excellent.
We had our dog with us so had to sit in a designated area - had big comfortable armchairs that you sank into. Wonderful. Would recommend 100%
First time this week at The Old Mill Inn and loved it. We had a deluxe room which had the wow factor, can’t wait to go back. We enjoyed dinner in the evening with friends which was great and our breakfast in the morning. The staff are all so nice, they are great team especially as it was so busy. Special big thanks to Gosia in reception.
My first visit to the old mill inn yesterday and had a fantastic day/night. Great place and very friendly staff. Started with the cocktail masterclass with Toni, who was a great guy and made sure us group of ladies had lots of cocktail choices, fun and laughter. The food afterwards was amazing and plenty choice. Lastly the live music from Pine Red Timber Co was brilliant, great band to dance the night away
Fabulous meal could eat it again for deffinite would totally recommend this to my other family members and friends
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The hotel, rooms, food and most importantly, the staff, were all amazing! Everyone at the hotel were super friendly, helpful and efficient...you must visit/stay here!
Great place, fabulous food, drink and service, it's well worth a visit and we will be back #rbg
Stayed for a 2 night deal with upgrade and could find fault with anything. Rooms are spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty and staff were amazing. From Reception, to bar, to breakfast servers, nothing was too much trouble and all had a smile and seemed genuinely pleased to be there.
I will definitely be back again and highly recommend it.
Would recommend a weekend break here from rooms to food and friendly staff spot on
So happy to be back again to the old mill inn ! 3rd time we have stayed here ! Rooms 5 and 6 are amazing! Personally we won’t stay anywhere else in Pitlochry, now, very clean, staff lovely ,and food is to die for! ❤️
Staff, ambience, hotel and food were all amazing. An absolute wee gem of a place and well worth a visit
Stayed one night at The Old Mill...it was excellent from arrival to departure , the staff were very efficient and welcoming .The rooms are beautifully luxurious with everything you would need for a comfortable stay . I am Coeliac , therefore have to be very careful what I eat but I felt completely relaxed with the knowledge shown regarding Gluten Free meals...well done .
Great little pub in a small town we stopped for a wee bite. There were 9 of us and the food was good all round. I had the fish and chips which was really good with salad and old style chips which were home made judging by their shape.
The guesthouse we stayed at recommended the Old Mill Inn for a good drink, bite to eat and in-house, live entertainment on a Saturday. What a great find! The ambience inside is that of a colonial lounge with heavy fabrics and leathers everywhere while house music kept everyone company - which is an unconventional yet welcome touch. The later live entertainment was not to my liking, but the vibe of the place picked up dramatically, which was good.
Their mushroom soup is to die for! The only South African wine on the menu should however be revised, as we have MUCH better wine to offer than Tall Horse!
I was traveling across Scotland and Pitlochry was one of the stop. This place was suggested by our BnB host. This place is one of the oldest pubs in the city. Certainly this place carries some charm. All the tables were occupied, when we landed at this place, but some how we managed to get a table in few minutes.
Ambiance of this place is nothing special looks pretty much like any other English pub, but few of the tables have got huge windows beside, where one can enjoy sunshine.
Me and my husband we both have less appetite so we ordered just one plate of fish fry. Which was good but nothing special or unique preparation.
Service was good, staff were good and they had a good knowledge of all the dishes over the menu.
This place is shown as not expensive place over zomato I am astonished. It is a expensive place. It's as expensive as eating at some good place in London.
