It is so nice to find a beautiful, clean, friendly village pub which is dog friendly. We had a great pub meal that was hot and tasty and very reasonably priced. The service was great and the staff were friendly and attentive. We would definitely recommend to anyone in the area to visit.

This pub is definitely the nicest in the area, the food, service and atmosphere was superb. Here on a weekend away but if we return this will definitely be the pub we eat in. Many thanks to the welcoming staff!
The most incredible food, without costing a fortune! Staff were lovely and all seemed very happy and looked after. The pub garden is stunning, very tidy! We all had an amazing time, and will definitely be going back again :)

Absolutely lovely pub in a beautiful location. Lots of outdoor seating with umbrellas for shade. And most importantly for us, dogs are welcome!
Absolutely amazing Sunday roast! Heard excellent reports about the food and staff, so tried it, and they thoroughly deserve the praise. We have since made regular visits and enjoyed consistent high standards and amazing food. The Sunday roast, with delicious tender meats, fresh vegetables, and extra trimmings, is the best we've ever had when eating out, and it's now our regular. The young staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful, and that in itself is worth experiencing. The place is perfectly clean and the atmosphere is great with stunning views across the Rheidol Valley. We are so glad we took a drive out to the Half Way Inn!
The most amazing Sunday lunch experience and as a vegan that’s very hard to find! Tasty varied and delicious food served with love and smiles What more could you want? Puds are excellent too if room allows and all accompanied by great large glass of sav Blanc !

Amazing, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I started with the prawn cocktail and yes a proper size starter, plenty to eat.
Followed by the roast beef and turkey, wow fully recommend this place it’s bordering on perfect.
Great host and friendly staff. Good selection of real ale. Food was tasty and well presented.
