I would rate 3.5 stars ideally. Food, no doubt, is good and the location being high street of pinner is one of the best in the north-west part of London. There is some old time charm to this place. Staff is alright and they really need to use proper pizza knifes rather than normal knifes with which one struggles.

We had a quick dinner here earlier with our almost 3 year old daughter, and had the most brilliant service from all the staff. Whilst I have been previously to this branch and service and food has always been good; today they excelled themselves. Our waitress; I didn’t catch her name, really interacted with our daughter and got her to help decorate her icecream and our dessert which she loved doing. Both the male and female chefs also were very interactive with my daughter and took some time out to chat to her. Hats off to these guys, especially our waitress and the chefs. Oh and the food was excellent as well.

Surprisingly good. Pizza Express is not quite this good internationally. Calzone was brilliant. Never had better (super spicy in the right way). Pepperoni is another good one as are some of their other dishes. Flavourful. While a little pricey its well worth it.

This restaurant isn't my local, it's a bit further out but worth travelling a couple of miles out as it's set in a period building with low ceilings. Staff are great, food is consistent and swift service. Its setting is great and has a lovely atmosphere.

Ate here with my partner. Very large pizza express. Delicious pizza. Fast service. Lots of ambulances going past outside with blues and twos but this should not be a concern as hospital is apparently nearby.

This is on the site of the old Tea Rooms on the historic High Street. The food is as any Pizza Express. I like the staff. There's even a small garden for the Summer. Why not five stars? Well it's a bit cramped and there's nothing exceptional about it. I really liked the family run Tea Rooms; that was exceptional.

Wow food. I love the Pizza Express Pizzas and can eat everyday if it won't make me gain weight. All time favourite. Customer service at Pinner is outstanding. Staff is very very polite and extremely helpful.

This is a great branch of Pizza Express situated in a lovely historical building. I have dined in on occasion and can vouch for the service and quality of food prep. Highly recommend the Salted caramel profiteroles!

Staff here are always so polite and friendly. The food is always absolutely delicious and very filling!! Reasonable prices for the meals. If anyone goes to Pinner try and go here, I would definitely recommend.

Characterful building (was the local bakery when Pinner was just a village!), Excellent service but... my vegetarian pizza was rather soggy and uninspiring ... My two companions had no problem with their choices so I will put it down to bad luck and give them another chance!

We ordered the polenta chips and Leggara Pollo Ad Astra. The meal was bang on delicious. Nice tangy salad and well cooked pizza with generous chunks of high quality chicken. A bit disappointing that they ran out of honeycomb cheesecake but the warm lemon sponge cake was a decent alternative. Service was good and no nonsense. The ambience was okay as we were seated near the kitchen but the nice food more than made up for it. In a city full of awful restaurants with bad food, these Pizza Express franchises are reliable choices.
