Love their caramel latte with extra whipped cream. Always warms me up on a cold day.
I was there last week is a really nice place the staff is very friendly ,Andreea suggested to me to try a really nice smoothly and I enjoyed a lot .is a nice place to relax and have a strong cup of Coffe.
Good staff quick service. Nero need to fix the plastic cup lids for their passion and mango fruit mix as it isn't great to hold the drink, the lid and its contents come out.
But the shop the staff and the drinks are all good. It's a nice one in the greater London areas.
Good place, very polite customers as well as great staff it jas a good varied demographic and everyone seems to be at ease with each other and polite and considerate. This is a great place to stop for a coffee and a snack
Good location, nice big shop, plenty nearby free parking, but poor phone reception in store, had to go out to take call.

The latte I drink here is always well made and HOT unlike some other cafés. A fairly peaceful and clean cafe as well.

Disappointed by the service and quality and craftsmanship of the coffee. We are paying for a coffee means we expect it to meet the standards. Some baristas are good and delivering the coffee on standards. Sometimes the standard is very low and getting disappointed. The location is very nice and calm. Seats wise there is quite good availability on most of the times
Dishwasher broken so only takeaway paper cups and takeaway bags if you wanted cake etc. 😒

Went for the first time in many years. The coffee was very good and made by the Barista Csongor. He also gave me the best customer service. Never been a fan of Cafe Nero but he made me want to come back!!
Coffee taste so bad…like burnt… like they don’t clean the cafeteria pods after every coffee and keep adding coffee on , might be the stuff very young overwhelmed and definitely they don’t enjoy the job….as a barista you need peoples who love doing this not just the money as a regular job👇 When you ask for a

Very open environment with a range of seating. Great array of cakes and treats. Staff was a bit forgetful in service, having forgotten the cakes we had ordered, but nice experience overall. It would sometimes be better if they clean/clear tables more frequently.

This is a lovely, nice place with kind and friendly staff.

Visited the place twice last month and had a great experience both the times. Very pleasant and helpful staff and I personally always choose Cafe Nero over the other coffee chains in London. Highly recommended
