First visit to the Pinner outlet but completely fulfilling.. good service, excellent food (see for yourself in the pictures attached). Special place for special occasion - celebrating birthday with family, who all just love Carluccio's. It is certainly a notch above others.
We ordered wonderful pasta dishes, Beef Ragu & Papardelle and Orrechietti Verde. Only gave 4 stars as we were offered olives as a starter which was not necessary as we were too full to finish the main dish, otherwise service was good and very pleasant atmosphere.
Great food, great service and they have a selling counter with some amazing food items, savouries and drinks.....great place to have a meal, do recommend....
Great staff , especially the assistant manager katarzyna. She was so helpful with are allergy questions and knowledgeable about the menu. This young girl made the whole meal. Food was also great .....
My partner and I were lucky enough to have our wedding breakfast at Carluccio’s Pinner.
The service was impeccable and the food was delicious.
We had over 30 guests and the staff were patient, kind and warm - not only that, the chefs were happy for some guests to even go off menu.

Extremely friendly staff that really get to know you. Food is generally good. Magnifica breakfast is good value, and the mushroom soup is delicious. Really good for families and they always make room for pushchairs, etc. Can get a little busy at times, but that's a sign of a good place to eat! Only
Good choice for breakfast even gluten free menu available. Pricing structure different every time, sometimes charged for tomato sauce sometimes not....Brown bread seems to be somehow on the smaller side in comparison to the white. Overall very tasty
The food was delicious, service excellent, reasonably priced. Our waitress was very helpful and friendly. We were not rushed at all and enjoyed a great evening. Would definitely recommend it
A fantastic place to go to celebrate or when the whole family is over! The food is wonderful and leaves me feeling satisfied that I had a great-tasting lunch or dinner! Even if they do smash a few glasses by accident whilst serving 😬, they make it up with a fabulous Italian meal.👍👍
