Brilliant beers. A range of real ales, well kept and served with a smile. There are five guest beers that change regularly. I had one of my favourite pints; Timothy Taylor Landlord, it did not disappoint. Alongside beers there are also a range of ciders and snacks.

Friendly traditional pub. Great selection of real ales, always changing. Nothing fancy, no food, no jukebox, slot-machines or TVs, just a good pub.

Just as a good pub should be,- always well kept beers ; complimented by a friendly team behind the bar ! 😃🍻 ps - see if you can find this ‘hoppy go lucky’ ceiling mounted pump clip in the bar area !

I’m not from around these parts, but even I can spot a great pub. Good range of beers, friendly staff and full of customers actually talking to each other. What else do you want? That’s what pubs are for!

Six beautifully kept real ales (Tetley's bitter and five guest beers) and loads of ciders, a nice atmosphere and a room at the back where you can bring and eat your own food. A proper boozer 👍.

Fantastic pub that sort of defies description. There's a lovely old 'classic' bar, a large airy extension and a massive beer garden. There's a great range of really well kept ales that go so fast they seem to be different every day. The prices are very good and most of the staff are really friendly. Dog friendly too. Definitely one to keep coming back to.
