Had a meal here for the first time tonight, as we are staying in nearby Hartoft. Friendly welcome, nicely decorated & the food was of great quality & really lovely. I had the baked haddock with new pots and veg & it was scrumptious, my partner had the desperate dan steak pie with chips & said it wa
I have called here a few times on walks, everytime a warm welcome and a lovely atmosphere. The staff made me so welcome with my 2 dogs, they loved and was asleep within 5 minutes.
The beer was very well kept and presented.
Keep up the great work.

Just been in for a bite to eat this afternoon, despite living fairly locally, not been in for a number of years. Shared a starter (between 2), and a main each. Had the fish and chips, portion size was very generous, and couldn't quite finish it all, chips were superb, all in all very good.
Staying locally for a week and we have dropped in three times. The food is fresh, well presented and veg is plentiful. Between us we have had Sunday roast (pork and beef), baked haddock, Coach House chicken and Desperate Dan pie.
Unfortunately they are huge meals and the puds look really good but
Had an excellent lunch here. Great menu. Nice drive into the moors. Not far from Hutton le Hole
Didn't stop in rooms, just go there for darts and pool matches. Always friendly. Fab selection of real ales for me, at least 5 at any given time. Very spacious layout with separate games room, restaurant and bar. Food menu looks great. Beautiful location, just not brilliant after snow!
A family lunch for 6 adults and 4 children. Generous portions of lovey presented food. The kids options were very well received. Adults all very satisfied with their meals and thought it great value for money. The lamb shank was succulent & tasty, the beef pie excellent, as was the haddock in chill
Lovely food and staff. Nice choice of beers
Me and my partner, stayed up the road from this lovely pub. Had our dog with us which was more than welcome. Amazing food, very generous portions. We went twice just for the steak pie as it is by far the best we’ve had. Even the desert took us by shock for the portion sizes! Definitely recommend, ca
Great village pub. Warm, welcoming, clean. Friendly , efficient staff + superb food. Would definitely recommend+ hope to return!
We had a really lovely meal. I had the steak pie with chips and veg, and it was amazing. There was a generous amount of meat and the pastry was perfect. My husband loved the pork ribs and my son was very happy with his pizza, chips and veg.
Took our son and his family there for his 30th birthday on Sunday, really nice staff, wonderful food and proper sized helpings, the jumbo fish and chips was "to die for".
A very warm welcoming pub only popped in for a quick drink after a walk but very nice
Lovely friendly pub
Food is amazing
Can recommend the desperate Dan cow pie
Lovely friendly staff
Fantastic pub, great food and very polite and courteous staff.
We've been eating here for the last few days. The food portions are huge and of superb quality.
Thank you to the Coach House Inn!!💯🧑🍳
A lovely place, excellent food and service but very much spoilt for me by being overrun with dogs both inside and out. Almost every table had a dog, some barking occasionally. If I wanted to eat surrounded by noisy unhygienic animals, I would head for the nearest kennels. How it has come to be tho
Having stayed in Rosedale Abbey we called at the Coach House Inn for a meal. We had shank of lamb and the Texan bbq ribs followed by apple and date crumble with custard and sticky toffee pudding with ice cream. What can I say apart from deliciousness on a plate. Portions were good the food superb th
We enjoyed a delicious Sunday lunch here. Every single element was delicious and the portions were huge, even the desserts were massive. A dog friendly pub in a gorgeous area popular with walkers if you need to have somewhere for nourishment after your walk this is the place to go to.
