We all loved the miniature rail way. We had to pass through our name Town and when looking for somewhere to snack we found Cedarbarn Farm Shop which sold absolutely gorgeous home made pies, quiches, scotch eggs and a good selection of cheeses. I definitely bought too.much for our 3 hour journey home, but nothing went off. Train usually runs every half hour and only cost £2.50 each. Being easter there were Easter Eggs hidden around the track for the little ones to spot.

Really nice place, good food and great service. It was very busy when we visited, 6 burly bikers looking for dinner. And seats were found, we were served quickly and all very happy to have found this farm shop. Thanks everyone for your warm welcome and looking after us.

Great place, lovely dog field (even in winter) and only £8 per hour. We then had really good coffee and cake in the café and bought some good quality food from the farm shop. Well worth a visit, friendly staff and a very pleasant experience. We will definitely return.

This is a lovely place to visit , wether a snack or a lunch ( Sunday lunch recommend booking) . There's also a farm shop selling lots of local produce, from fruit n veg to fresh bread to home made pastries. Delicious. You can sit in or out, depends on the weather. Also a miniature railway for the children ( & adults alike ). You can easily spend a relaxing hour or more here . Lots of free parking too.

We spent such a lovely Sunday afternoon at Cedarbarn last weekend. We started out with a delicious full roast in the cafe. The Yorkshire puddings were amazing! Then we bought some goodies from the farm shop but you really could have done a full shop there. Our 3 year old daughter loved the outdoor play area and the miniature train ride. We'll be back very soon.

Came across this place entirely by accident. Great fresh food, a farm shop, beautiful flowers and fruit gardens to walk through after a feed. Lot's of parking. Little outdoor play area for the kids and if that wasn't enough, a field has been set aside for our dogs to stretch their legs. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Perfect place

Cedarbarn is a fantastic place in all aspects. It has a great shop and butchers selling their own kinds of high quality meals, snacks and ingredients including the best black pudding I have ever had, Doreen’s Black Pudding, which I had at breakfast. The cafe is warm and relaxing with amazing views of the farm and moors. In the cafe, they sell their own cake and other sweet snacks. I had a cooked breakfast there and in terms of the quality and taste of all of the food especially the black pudding, it is one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. All of the staff are welcoming, warm, friendly and hardworking. On the outside, they have a children’s play area, a huge and beautiful garden and even a mini railway. Definitely come here even if it’s raining!

Amazing place full of fresh treats and daily staples. The fruit was delicious and superior to any I’ve bought from a supermarket. The breakfast was delicious too! The fresh flowers were locally picked and made an amazing gift. Lots to do here for all the family.

So much to do at cedar barn! We love to book the dog field then pop into the shop/ cafe sadly dogs aren’t allowed in the cafe/ shop but if the weather is nice there is plenty of outside seating. Lots to do for kids to from the miniature train, play area, animals and fruit picking. Worth the visit!

Visited 3 times in September. Perfect every time. Breakfast is delicious with superb coffee. We also had Karls Ploughman's platter one day, again it was so tasty, lovely fresh ingredients. The shop and deli / Butchers is well worth a visit with some delicious treats. Recommend the homemade sausages.
