Cafe Cocoa - Pickering - Photo album

We were very happy to find this tucked away little place. Cash only: makes sense. Quirky, hand-written menu did the job. Five tables only upstairs with a traditional appearance & ambience. We enjoyed the best ever, generous portion of quiche, plus a meat roll. With coffee, £15. Excellent value all r
Called in for lunch August Bank Holiday Sunday we ordered quiche salad and the fish cakes with salad lovely food and well presented really good service the cake selection looked amazing. All home made. Dog friendly, we will be back next time we are in pickering.
OUTSTANDING!!! So far I have only been a take out customer but believe you me you will not see or taste a better Frangipane! Made a return purchase & bought a whole tart this time to share. We had the intention to eat half & freeze half....ATE THE LOT with a tub of clotted cream....TO DIE FOR ❤️❤
Lovely place for a spot of lunch. Not just coffee & cake as the name suggests. Delicious homemade fare - quiches, pasties, soup, sandwiches & baked potatoes. Excellent salad & coleslaw served with the above. Takeaway also available. Recommended.
Stopped there Saturday lunchtime Service was friendly and quick Awesome coffee great selection of food and super delicious cakes Can’t recommend this place enough
Good food, friendly staff. Cafe Cocoa is small but perfectly formed!
Fantastically delicious pork sausage and mash, fair price and brilliant homemade pastry made by a hard working, warming, friendly lad, made for an extremely recommendable little inn. Must go!
Great coffee. The best fresh made scones, and very friendly.
Called in today after a long walk in Dalby forest. Husband had black pudding and pork sausage roll, I had quiche, salad and coleslaw. All the food was gorgeous, the quiche was packed with ham. Great pot of tea and a lovely white chocolate and raspberry scone. 😍
Fantastic food and service. Great vegetarian options. Felt really welcome and looked after. Dog friendly downstairs- dogs got treats and a water bowl. Licensed to sell alcohol so enjoyed my favorite red.
We love it here. Owner is really friendly, the food is delicious and really good coffee. It's our go to stop off place on our way to the coast.
Amazing food, the best coffee on the planet, brilliant, quirky vintage decor. The best place for lunch anywhere. Definitely recommend and will be going back. Really loved it!
Heading home after camping outside of whitby my then wife and I stopped here for a coffee ! I also got a Rum Baba. Both perfect, deep rich bitter coffee offset by sweet deep dark rich chocolate. Being type 2 diabetic I don't have stuff like this but on a holiday I will indulge once in a while. Not di
Lovely lunch, cosy cafe and very friendly service! Highly recommended!
Absolutely lovely little Cafe, with delicious home made food. Owner was a delight. Highly recommend the scones.
Absolutely the best baker in Pickering and great coffee. Wonderful hosts and always go the extra mile. Best quiche in the UK.
Lovely Cappuccino will definitely call in again, even just for that. Also had a great homemade soup for lunch. Well worth a visit.
Absolute cracker of a spot. £5.30 for a fantastic coffee and bacon sandwich. You literally couldn't go wrong. It would without doubt be a regular spot I'd I lived close by.
Having had a wander around pickering and past several eateries, we spotted this one across the green, what a great find and worth the effort of continuing past the others. Very attentive staff, lovely vintage feel to the interior, and the food, freshly made and delicious.
