A little hidden gem in Petts Wood, the food was fresh, hot and bloody lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. Can't wait to try more of their menu.
Our first visit to Saigon Bar & Grill did not disappoint. Lovely, authentic, flavoursome. Menu whilst short and simple, I think it’s all that we need in this location cafe style restaurant. My 4.5 year old son absolutely loved the Banh Xeo and scoffed down 3/4 of it - eating stir fry onions which he normally doesn’t eat! We would come back again. One star down as the toilet sink was clogged - toilet facilities could be better (esp in this pandemic when hand washing and hygiene is so critical). No baby change facilities available.

Disappointed to see this place has closed down. Was one of my favourites for takeaway locally. Loved the Vietnamese spring rolls, coconut pancakes and some of the spicy dishes. Heard they may return takeaway only from a new location in a few months.
Nice cosy place with excellent hot food. Great place for soup Noodles. Quick efficient service was followed up with complimentary dessert.

This was such a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was great. Nice and relaxed family run restaurant, with an ambience to match. The woman serving us was friendly and helpful. The prices were very reasonable and portions generous without being ridiculous.
Went for lunch today and really enjoyed the food. The salt and chilli calamari is absolutely awesome and the pancakes are delicious. Food here is always fresh and hot.
Just came across this place. Has a small but very good authentic Vietnamese menu. Prices are reasonable and serving size good. Food is very tasty and staff are friendly. Pay and display parking directly outside. I think I will be going here quite often.

Edit: this is still my favourite local restaurant, I can't hype it up enough! I just wanted to add that I recently came as a solo diner and the staff were so lovely, attentive and quick - I was in and out basically within 30 mins with a full belly and smile on my face. Fresh, delicious and authentic. Definitely check it out if you haven't yet!
We have now been here three/four times and it's become our favourite restaurant! So good for vegan options - love getting the tofu summer rolls every time I come here. Tried the Singapore noodles, green curry and the pho (noodle soup) and everything is full of flavour and delicious! My partner has also commented on how good the calamari is. Also service is really quick, can be in an out in an hour sometimes! Recommend 10/10.

Delicious food, bursting with flavour. One of the best restaurants along with Atlas next-door in Petts Wood. Make sure you try the stuffed pancakes.
I wasn't expecting much as the decor was, let's say basic. Wow, do not be deceived by appearances, this was one of my favourite restaurants to eat this type of food. One of my table was gluton intolerant and the waiter gave her a complete rundown of the foods she could have, even making a special sauce up for her. His service sealed the whole experience for me and I can't wait to go again. It's not cheap to eat here with 4 people but quality of food sublime
Having given up on Chinese food in the area, what a refreshing alternative this was. Had takeaway this evening and really enjoyed our broccoli, noodles, prawns, BBQ pork - these guys can cook
Saigon Bar & Grill was highly recommend to us by a friend. We weren't able to go in person before lockdown kicked in so decided to try it out for a birthday meal this weekend and it was delicious! The taste is authentic and full of flavour, it arrived piping hot and the service was 10/10 (the staff are so nice and friendly). We will 100% be ordering from here again - I can't explain how happy I am to have access to Vietnamese food locally!!
