Great food, good gluten free options. Freshly prepared food was hot with generous portions and well presented. Friendly, competent service. Back again 23/09/2020 seems to be more choice on the menu. Delicious

We were only able to order takeaway due to lockdown but the place looks nice and cosy indoors.l Friendly and attentive staff. Good selection of cakes and sweet tooth goodies. Sandwiches were good too but coffee wasn't to my personal taste. Good place overall if you are in the area.

Great food and staff very friendly. Lovely decorated interior and clean. The lady kept an eye on the time for us as we were getting a train to London so THANK YOU and definitely will be visiting again ☕ 🥪 ❤

Leaving the general trend of overpriced coffee branches, this coffee house serves coffees of good quality for a relatively lower price. The environment is rather tranquil and cozy compared to your average coffee house, with customers ranging from young millenials to the kind elderly. The variety of drinks and food truly stem from the staff's innovation, bringing in new and imaginative foodstuffs, enhacing the overall experience.

It has a decent selection of breakfast and lunch food (anything that can be called a cake or served on a bagel basically). Coffees are good. The major downside for me is the general noise in the place. There isn't much room so coffee machine sounds and the loud music don't make it a comfortable place to rest sipping your beverage of choice or hold a decent conversation.

Been here many times. Love the cakes and tea. Not good for diet or wallet but nice friendly staff and premises clean and well presented. Also generous contributor to local causes so should be supported.

Great coffee, great food and friendly staff. Sadly they were out of savory waffles when I was there, but the bagels were just as delicious. One of the best brekkies in Petts Wood.

This is for Jaafar, hope I've got the name right. TripAdvisor refuses to list your coffee house so here's a review on Google instead; 4 stars instead of 5 because there are little things could be tweaked a bit. Arabica has only been open a few weeks but I'm sure it will be popular with Petts Wood residents. First the good points: its a bright clean café with nice staff and lots of space between tables (unlike the rather dull coffee chain across the road). They want to offer something different from the usual toasties and paninis so you have a choice of different waffles, crepes and bagels savoury and sweet.. The coffee is good and they have a selection of teas as well; I had English breakfast. tea. Also 1 bagel with scrambled egg and bacon which was very nice. My partner liked the coffee but it wasn't really his sort of lunch or brekkie and the mushrooms were watery and not good so that could be improved and he said he didn't like the waffle. But I like this place! Jaafar really wants the place to work and is happy to chat with customers. But as I said maybe a choice of plain bagels or multi grain? And maybe do a weekly special such as something with sourdough bread? Saves changing the menu board and that way you get an idea of what customers like. Just see what is popular? Will pop in again.

Coffee and breakfast was great. Staff were a little rushed when we went so there was a delay in the food arriving, however the staff were friendly throughout
