Parking a struggle at busy times however food / coffee decent as bakeries go
Great costumer service and super Friendly staff, will definitely praise all of them they might be short staffed but well worth the wait with how polite they are and can have a joke on. GREAT WAY TO START THE MORNING 😁😁
Better service and variety than the Greggs in the town centre which is shockingly bad
Love it but I have to say the butchers at Hetton who also do meals and pies etc are the best of the best.
Good greggs, was well stocked and lovely staff. Parking can be difficult.
Small but great. Service can sometimes be a little slow and as this is a smaller outlet it is still very busy over the course of the day. I like coming here once a month just for a treat. Product is the same as in every outlet. Staff is very nice.

Gets very busy around lunchtime however the queue goes down quite quickly.
Due to online orders there was a long queue yet again, only 1 staff member serving people in the shop, and the rest busying away on the online stuff, sort it out Gregg's us folk on our lunch breaks only have limited time and don't want to be queuing for the entirety of our lunch
Asked for my mocha to be made the old way and not only made it that way told me most customers ask for it also and when I told them how rude the lady in gallowgate gregfs was to me when I asked her to make it the old way they give me a loyalty card stamped full and said because that woman was so rud
My girlfriend often mocks me for going here saying I must have shares in the place, but I love going because its so efficient and you know what your getting ecery time, and the cappuccinos are only 40p if you buy it with a sarnie in the meal deal, sweet!
