Love hotel chocolat as they only do the best chocolate but their customer service is excellent too. Peterborough store though should have more stock as it’s disappointing sometimes not to have a certain chocolate in store.
Ice cream is very nice but little expensive than other ice parlor. Recommended also check out chocolate and don't forget to register for their rewards program you get 5£ off on your birthday and also 15/20% off reward.

As someone who has been the architect in building a brand I can say Hotel Chocolat is one of the most perfectly structured shops on the high street. Great choices of old favorites and new innovative tastes in chocolates never fail to impress. Once tried you'll always go back again and again.
