Weather has changed, can you turn the AC down to make it bit warm?! We could not enjoy being in there to be honest because it was extremely cold.
Ahmed was very professional, even when we had to trouble him to find seats where the AC was not blowing directly to us, he was very patient with us.

All their servers here are simply lovely and unique, given the food is already outstanding. The ambience and excellent service are always exceptional.
Today, I was served by Adam, a charming gentleman and managed to made sure that everything is perfect!

A middle eastern delicacy made with Nabulsi cheese fine kataifi pastry, soaked in sweet rose syrup with Madagascan vanilla gelato. It was amazing. 10/10

4 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ because Service is a bit slow. Might be a little pricy. Recommended if you are craving for desserts in Peterborough.
The place itself looks inviting and waiters were friendly. I feel more training does need to be done as sometimes waiters say they will come back but forget and don’t know how to take orders correctly. Ahmed was great and helped other waiters and was very friendly and made sure our order was correct. The food was amazing and so were the coffees me and my friend ordered. I would suggest the air con to be off in evenings as it’s cold and maybe some music for better atmosphere. Overall was happy with service and good. 👍🏼
First time visitors to Heavenly Desserts. Adam was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The decor was light and welcoming, the seat spacing was very good and the dessert itself was lovely, we both had the ‘I’ll have what she’s having’ - a crepe with Strawberries, chocolate sauce and chocolate chip gelato. You can even download an app and order to your table. A very enjoyable experience and we’ll certainly be back!
Lovely warm atmosphere. The service was excellent Ahmed was very friendly, with very good customer service skills. The food was wonderful would highly recommend.

Excellent food and excellent service (although I must admit my eyes were larger than my belly) my server Claudio was very kind and sweet to me and my 3 friends who were with me at the time. Overall very impressed and will return again!

Peterborough's hidden gem. Myself and my friend popped in here on the hot sunny Friday afternoon last week. It was immaculate when we entered the restaurant. So clean and cool. A gentleman named Matthew showed us both to a booth and presented us with menus. He was so polite and helpful. Nothing was too much for him and he really made my friend and feel very special
We ordered ice cream ( Original Italian Gelato) and it tasted like nectar from heaven. He also gave us a chance to taste other flavours before hand, which was great. None of the flavours disappointed us. I love the Banana and the Coconut particularly and they also do Sorbets which also looked delicious. Matthew asked before hand if we had any allergies or were Gluten intolerance. They also do Gluten free waffles.
WELL WORTH a visit
Beautifully clean, immaculately designed, EXCELLENT customer service. Prices are reasonable too. I found the ice cream wasn't too sweet and didn't taste artificial.
Heavenly desserts also do cakes, tea and milkshakes.
I will be making this my little treat and think you should too.😊.
