Thin crust pizza is the best there. Service is good.
Food was brilliant. Love the online ordering, only flaw for me was we had to remind them about the kids dessert that we had ordered and that was directed to the toilet upstairs but it doesn't have a baby change in. Luckily my little one can stand so we did an upright nappy change. Otherwise brilliant time
Love the order and pay at the table, no waiting around to the bill at the end. Expensive for what it is but no washing up or cooking for me so I don’t mind occasionally. Friendly staff and good selection on the buffet
First time in a long while to visit Pizza hut. Things have changed. No longer waiter/waitress service, instead you sit at your table and scan a QR code on the table to place and pay for your meal. This works okay, but makes the whole extra impersonal as the only interaction with staff is when you're given your menu, glasses ( for bottomless soft drinks) and your food is brought out. This makes tipping odd as you're expected to pay this at the start before any real service or food has been provided. Still make a good pizza, but the once popular salad bar has reduced considerably in choice and wasn't being topped up, probably due to the reduction in customers, as we visited on a Saturday evening when you would normally be queuing outside to get in! Now the restaurant is half empty . A side sign of the times, I hope this chain doesn't become another F&B.

Not so much a review about the food (which was exactly what you'd expect from Pizza Hut, ie decent), more the service.
Having eaten lunch with a friend at Pizza Hut on 1st October this year (2023), I accidentally left my jacket on the back of the chair when we left the restaurant. I didn't realise this until that evening when I was due to leave my friend's and head back to the opposite side of the country, when I realised my jacket was missing, complete with my wallet, bank cards, driving licence etc.
After some frantic searching we realised I must have left it in the restaurant. We raced back to catch them before they closed; when we arrived, the manager, along with the waiter who had served us, recognised us straight away, and to a huge sigh of relief handed my jacket back to me as soon as we walked through the door. They'd spotted the jacket whilst clearing the table and kept it safe behind the reception counter until we went back to collect it.
So thanks guys, you (figuratively) saved my life!
Great kids meals and the ice cream factory is always a good way to make sure they finish their food first!
Great customer service, but the food provided on the buffet was quite mediocre!
Unfortunately, for some who likes mighty meaty type of stuff, The fare offered was quite bare!
No offense to the staff though, they were brilliant!
Good pizza friendly staff. You can not directly interact with staff to order food. Still have to sit down, scan a QR code, go on the site, order and pay. Long winded way which is disjointed. New puddngs are also pretty good.
We were a group of 9 adults and 3 children and went for the buffet option. The food was good, varied and plentiful. The mobile ordering suited us well as we could all pay for our own meals and so there were none of the usual problems with having to split a bill. The staff were very good. As we were a large group the pizzas were brought to our table and our server was very good and attentive and made sure that there was always something available. Despite being very busy, the restaurant was clean and tidy and the staff replenished stocks at the salad bar and the ice cream factory to ensure availability of everything there
Decent variety for the price. It wasn’t a planned visit but it turned out to be quite good.
Good food, good service, didn’t wait long for food to come out
A nice pizza hut. Often busy. One time we came on a weekday and it was an hours wait so we left. This time we booked online which was easy. Food very good, atmosphere good, employees very good.
