Smallish but super friendly
Clearly popular with people getting take outs but it does have plenty of seating for its size.
In the heart of the city and next to the cathedral.
Can be a mess on a busy weekend as the tables get covered in junk fast. Partly because people just clear off “their” table to the nearest empty one .
Working wifi, plenty of plugs and decent enough toilets.
My first time in here and it did not disappoint great tasing drink and a little outdoor seating to sit in the sun that day.
Friendly staff who know their work and do it well. Sometimes, it can appear a bit dishevelled so some extra table clearance, etc could improve this however pretty good overall
The staff are always a joy to see, never feel unwelcome when I’m in. Drinks are always delicious and served in good time.

The refurbishment makes the whole place seem so much bigger, and the tables are much easier to use (personal opinion!)
I came in for a pumpkin spice, didn’t disappoint. The drink is really well made, staff are lovely, ambience is very chill.
Wish they had more options for sweet vegans, but there’s lots of savoury.
Great service and super speedy, went midday Saturday to get a drink to go and there was a massive que and I was in and out in like 10 minutes.
I'm hooked on thier cold brew and hibiscus iced tea 👍

Had a small problem with my drink and it was resolved straight away. Thank you Ricky. The other member of staff who gave me a little warm water for my drink, I appreciate that too!
Tasty frap on a hot day! Customer service was very good.
Nice place to be. Never any trouble. Staff are variable. One or two seem quite sullen, but the rest are very friendly and approachable.
